The ninja jumping is the placement animation. It also disappears after the model change, as the upgraded ninja has no placement animation, I think. Unless the insta has one, but it doesn't seem to be used in the mod.
When modding in a tower and improperly picking the attack animation, I think that they didn't pick one for the swiping attack, so the game defaults to the placement animation.
it says the stun increases with the distraction crosspath or whatever so i wonder if you had an energizer could you perma stun stuff? Also if the footprint is lowered just from the jump thing which is only a level 2, you could shinobi tactics with this as the crosspath to theoretically squeeze more shinobi into tight spaces
I have already seen this mod and I have probably already commented this but this is a really polished mod. It could honestly be in the game if they added 4th paths.

However, I think that the one thing that you were missing to defend DDTs that would let you keep going without having to upgrade to higher tiers while crosspathing was a MIB since apparently the 4th path projectiles didn't hit lead, unless I'm really stupid.

I think Flash-Step should have been the T4 and built everything into one ability (movement, stun, shadow clone at old location). Two abilities for a normal T4 tower is so cluttered.
Agree, a tier 3 with 2 abilities is quite messy to work with if you spam it. Tho making the shadow in the old spot means the potential to stack towers in the same spot, especialy with t5 making 3 clones

One of the coolest modded towers you’ve done so far. A tower that can spawn sentry units that boost the parent tower’s power is such a cool idea.
If you mean the shinobi boost then this is only due to unlocked crosspathing.
But even the clone mechanic is pretty original.

The dark shift does upgrade, as when upgrading to tier 4, it gets full map range.
