The baby blues is so common, about 80% of woman go through it but it generally passes within 2 weeks. Nia should absolutely be in treatment by now. Thats not the baby blues, that post partum depression and needs to be treated.

Hey Amy! The first month or two it’s very normal to have these feelings and they call it the “baby blues” bc it’s technically not full blown PPD until it’s been going on for a while. I don’t remember the time frame (even though I just went through this, lol) but my doc did say that if it continues for another week or two then we should talk about meds and therapy. That’s why they call it 2 different things. That said, it seems like Nia is experiencing PPD or PPA and could benefit from a doctor!
I hope you guys watch real housewives of DC because that was the most wild ride I’ve ever had since watching early seasons of like OC or real housewives of New York
