Since the end of Illuminati, Makoto has become a hell of a fighter in Rindo Kan Karate. Being able to hit so hard now, she can practically break anything that she touches. Over the years, Makoto has wanted another match against Ibuki, but never heard from her. She has grown very accepting of Elena though, considering her a friend, though she found her weird at first. However, she still hates being mistaken for a boy due to her tomboy nature, she would grow her hair long. Makoto would become a multiple time karate champion for years, but she didn’t take them for granted. As time went on, Makoto would receive an invitation at the front door of her dojo for the SF6 tournament. Thinking she may run into Ibuki, Elena, Chun-Li, & Sakura again, Makoto decides to take her karate skills to the SF6 tournament. Outfit for Makoto White Karate top Sleeveless with black karate belt. Black leggings. Longer hair tied into ponytail with yellow neckband that she had in 3rd Strike. White wristbands. Black nails. Black and white Adidas high tops from the 80s. Stud earrings.
Somewhere in the woods watches Guy and Makato's sensei. They are enemies yet would rather watch the young ones face off- knowing that the fullness of wisdom lies in this match. An oppurtunity to see both students, whom we can liken to Chunin, go all out for the convictions they stand upon.
That's a really, very cool analysis of Akuma, one that I agree with. I always found a parallel between the Light and Dark Sides of the Force and the Dark and Light Hadou.
Neh, Akuma is acutally a metaphorical char that represents the "easy, seductive way to become strong" (like the Dark Side in the SW series). He's far from being a "god" or something, he's just someone who picked the quickest way to gain power, at the expense of losing his humanity. And IMO that's a proof of weakness in a way. Oro and Ryu represent the opposite, trying to become better with real effort and constancy in life. Gill... well, he's a divine dude, I guess.
kokubunji akuma trained hard to become the main man that he is. it wasn't the easy way out you must be on that non canon shit he didn't lose his humanity. he has trained and meditated so much that he can even control his oni form. he just found another way and sees things differently. he's not as bad as you make him seem he only cares to fight worthy opponents. and has even showed a lost kid out of his forest and back home.... akuma is really god like not gill. gill only knows how to resurrect once and then has to recharge in his tank. if akuma raging demon him twice you would never hear about that fake savior gill again.....

It would make defeating them easier but it results in you being a more iradeemable person. That's not to imply that Akuma doesn't train hard, it's just that this fighting style is inhumane.

@BigTiggaR I'll cite the oft-quoted axiom: "Tiers are for queers." If you're good enough and smart enough, Makoto can still kick plenty of ass in 4. You won't see her in too many pro tourneys, but she's got some great moves against your average player. I've kicked my fair share of asses with her.
