There’s always been a debate whether graffiti is art or vandalism.

The way I see it:
If the graffiti is an intricate, colorful design, then it's art.
If the graffiti is just someone's name, symbol, or some racial slur in black or red spray paint, it's just vandalism.

Honestly, I expected that dog to have a deeper voice and maybe an Irish accent. But that's just my two cents on the matter.😂😂😂😂
