  • This is in my opinion the best ergonomic office chair for productivity in 2022 for me.
    The Chair - www.templeandw...
    Features:
    - Materials: aluminium frame & base; mesh headrest, backrest & seat
    - Comfortable, sturdy & quality-made office chair
    - Single lever mechanism allows to operate more functions using fewer buttons
    - Flexible lumbar support automatically adjusts according to one's body weight
    - Height-adjustable backrest & seat tilt give you dynamic position, to help reduce the pressure on your thighs & spine
    - 4D armrests allows you to adjust their height, angle, forward/backward movement & width
    - Non-detachable, 2D headrest can be tilted & height-adjusted
    - Suits users as tall as 6ft & can fit all body size
I realised as soon as I changed my environment design, I became more productive. Getting rid of my old chair was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Many time i change my office chair, a lot brand i use but my old raynor ergohuman V1 still best for 7 years. The silent chair, no creepy sound, stable and strong durability, Even the handrest foam was lot scrat of my cat.

The issue with the chair not rolling around properly due to the carpet is quite common, so you're not alone. You can get around it with a plastic carpet mat from somewhere like Officeworks. It protects the carpet and makes it easier for the chair to roll around.

My only concern is that the headrest might push the neck too forward and it is not adjustable backwards
