thanks. After calibration, the transfer roller is dirty again. Transfer belt is new. Roller > 100.000 prints on a magicolor 5570. What can be the reason? I have vertical grey smudges both front and back of paper. Many thanks.

First, replace with new ones or wash the paper pick rollers in the paper cassette. If the rollers are worn out, the paper arrives late at the sensor on the side of the copier, causing a paper jam. Thank you and I invite you to watch other videos about repairing copiers and printers.

i have a konica c360 and it works fine for a day, then next day colors are wrong sometimes there is too much cyan other times too much magenta, and then after a day it works again just fine, its been more than a week since its been alternating between working just fine and getting colors wrong. any idea what could cause this ???
@@MrRicoh thank you are right, must be the developers, i'll be replacing them soon. also it gets some fading vertical straight lines on the first two to four pages whenever i start copying or printing. do you think its because of the transfer belt cleaning blade or something else ?? also seems like the transfer roller gets dirty a lot.
@@MrRicoh here some feedback, i did replace the transfer belt cleaning blade and everything got better, now the copies are all clear and all the color problems are resolved. i don't think i will be replacing the developing unit anytime soon.

If the scans are dirty when using the ADF, the solution is simple - you have a dirty little glass on the left side of the main window. You have a dot on the marker or the corridor. Clear it. But if Skney is dirty when you copy from the glass, but you have dirty mirrors under the glass, or you have used DRUM UNIT but I do not know which color. There is one more solution - you can have dirty LASER fast - clean them using the cleaner you have on the front flap. GIVE ME KNOW AND HELP

Install original toner. Why did you regenerate? Originals are cheap.

I have a C224 and every copy had a black streak across the paper. Will cleaning or replacing the Transfer Roller fix it?
It seems to me that you should take care of cleaning the black laser, then check the black Drum Unit and in particular the Charging Unit.

The Transfer Belt Unit may be used up. You have to replace ITB Image Transfer Belt

Hi. Check how many copies the developers made. They are probably already worn out and need to be replaced. Check the developer counter.

You haven't written what your Minolta copier model is, but P21 generally means the Transfer Belt Unit is damaged.

first, clean the mirrors in the scanner, then clear CHARGE UNIT wire and grid, after that laser glass
