There are only two possibilities:
1. The cleaning blade was not sprinkled with talcum powder, so it rolled up and blocked the possibility of rotation of the drum in the cassette machine.
2. You assembled the unit wrong.

There was some minor mistake in assembly, I got it the problem is solved but one new problem is came to me. Black sponge type effect can be seen in solid color printing.

this is wrong way i'hv seen, there are only 3 screw on backside to remove drum from unit

Lines and dashes can be a symptom: dirty optics, dirty Charge Unit, damaged OPC DRUM and CLEANING BLADE

What have you been doing? Swap drum units in places. Now there is a problem. You need to install new chips to the drums and you'll be fine.

If you have disassembled the drum or the developer yourself, you have not connected some kind of plate that transmits the voltage.
