Hi Jim, About an hour ago Max was by with Missy for Missy's evening dog cookie. I took one of the three cakes I had made out of the fridge and when he held it in his hand and realized how heavy it was we made jokes about how it was like a brick and I said if I had enough of those I could build a house. Wel, we'll cut into it tomorrow and see how it is. Yes, I'm expecting an honest opinion from Max. We'll see what happens. 🤞
Hi Marc, You are not alone! Decals can be a real pain. I did the other four decals this evening as well light brushing the first coat on two conning tower parts. 🤞
Just wanted to say thanks for doing what you do, Ron! 🎉
I appreciate that 👍
Ron’ great video, I use a pin to pop air bubbles on decals😊. And a relaxing hand painting session😊. Happy everything Ron.

Just a suggestion Ron, instead of using your hobby knife to move a wet decal, try using a toothpick. Less chance of cutting it.
I have tried for years to tell Ron to use one of Gabbs swabs with the brisles removed but he is stubborn.
Christmas cake taste test. I'm sure you will get an honest answer from your neighbor to the west.😊 See ya. JimE

Ron, The smell you're getting from Micro Set is acetic acid, commonly known as vinegar. Rich D
Thanks for the info, Rich! I'll have to remember that next time and experiment with vinegar. 🤞
I guess you haven't seen any of my comments in regards to moving decals into position so in frustration I will just stop trying to help 🤭
