So they did never look at your evidence at all
It will not help much, because Alibaba is also criminal. It seems too much risk, to pay in advance, but they will not make delivery otherwise. Alibaba Trade Assurance is only trickery.
No debit card doesn't work for international transaction in general. Credit card is a more standard payment method. Why don't you consider using VISA or MasterCard when placing an order with Trade Assurance on Alibaba?

This was Yume's response to me refusing the scooters and wanting to send it back. So, guys be careful with Chinese market. It is a big family scam.
