Great presentation, very informative and practical. Thank You for sharing. Could You tell me some more some more information of this extremaly sophisticated nutrient dispensing system shown in minute 14:45 ? Is it commericial system or constructed locally? How the system recognises how much volume of individual solution to inject? Greetings!
Muy buena presentacion, con informacion muy valiosa. Te escribi un email espero que aun conserves esa cuenta y pueda contactarte. M egustaria saber si tienen algun video en donde hablen de biofilm, algas y sus tratamientos en hydroponic. Muchas gracias
Excellent presentation, very useful indeed. Your efforts are truly appreciated. I tried to view the presentation from the google link mentioned on this webinar, but the link didn't work for some reason, may I know if I can take a look at the presentation please?
Curious why tiny ants are attracted to my nutrient solution, specifically leachate from starter plugs but plant specie doesn't seem to matter. They don't bother the plants but I lift a tray and find thousands, they will even raft together and float their eggs/pupa on the collected runoff. Its a 13-2-13 with micro plus some ammonium phosphate, water has an EC of 0.3, moderate chloride. We have plenty of rain so they aren't looking for water, spring so grass is growing and temps are modest. (Western Washington)
I have the same problem. I am doing a research task about a potential hydroponic market. My current goal is to find the right amount of both Macro and Micro nutrients for each of the following (12) vegetables: 1-Artichokes, 2-Broccoli, 3-Cabbage, 4-Cauliflower, 5-Celery, 6-Coriander, 7-Kale, 8-Kohlrabi, 9-Lettuce, 10-Okra, 11-Parsley and 12-Spinach. The problem is that google only provided me with "Fertigation recipes for hydroponically grown spinach" where I got most of the nutrient concentrations in ppm (which is great but only for spinach). And now I have hit a wall in my research. Can anyone explain what's wrong with my research please?
I realize this video is 5 years old, but current Jacks schedule for stage 1 is 3.78g/gal Jacks and 2.52g/gal of calcium nitrate...quite a bit of difference. This will target an EC of 2.1. Your target 17.9oz/gal is off!
Multiple links in given document are broken or no longer exist (eg. newenglandvfc, msstate). Is there an updated resource list? Also note that omafra greenhouse production document needs to be purchased ($20) before viewing.
Am watching from Kenya Africa thanks so much.
Mafom, good informations, presentations, thanks 🙏🌹

Good explanatios here thanx
How to decide the quantity of micro nutrients that a plant needs? Is their a system or formulation technique for that???
