Nice! What heat exchanger did you go with? Pics of the manifold/valves? Hope to have my habitat box completed by the end of September, so starting to figure the layout and inside stuff. Thanks!
If you have room, I'd recommend the heat exchanger outside. I put mine inside and it gets pretty warm. Not a big deal, but it was 107 here today and hot metal inside doesn't help ;)
know anyone that has a fuel pump go bad? Mine ran great for an hour total, then stopped pumping intermittently. Would test ok, then not ok, then totally failed. @@SeanFillner
No, it is gravity fed from the tank, not clogged. It just stopped. The I removed it, tested and it worked for a minute then stopped. Wires ohm out good. Removed it again to test, it clicked a few times then nothing. Now the pump ohms bad :(

No manifold or valves for now, just straight to the heat exchanger. I got a 60 plate exchanger off of Amazon for about $70.

@NateVolk Did you run it dry? Did it lose its prime? Is it mounted at the correct angle?
