The trick for lady comstock is to find the spot where the enemies don't have interest to go, and where she doesn't go too, in the 1st is behind her mausoleum, the 2nd is inside the safe, the 3rd is the corner where the vending machines are
Just put down fire traps all over her spawn point. Insta kill
That’s my problem with the bosses in this game, they are all bullet sponges and it’s annoying as all hell since they take so much to kill.
@@Budd631 not everyone has maxed out fire vigors and maxed out salts
@@steve_broxi I missed quite a few vigors in my second playthrough . I finished with 6 health , 10 shield and 8 Salts on 1999 mode . I maxed out return to sender and fire although didn’t have enough money for possession , which would have came in massively useful for the rockets in the final level . Fortunately my blood to salts gear bailed me out there .

1999 scavenger hunt was cake all you need is sniper, shotgun, possession and all infusions starting with your shield.

I had a lot of trouble with the Lady Comstock fights and was actually the only thing in 1999 mode that was difficult in my opinion but I also didn’t know this until I kept dying over and over to her that I found out a trick that makes fighting her really easy. Charge aid with tonics that improve melee/do things when you are hit take her down QUICK like less than ten seconds quick. Hopefully this comment helps someone and if you haven’t gotten the platinum yet good luck!

I got all the Achievements on my 360 version of Infinite the first week or two it was out. Same for the original BioShock, but sadly the multiplayer ones in 2 alluded me.
Luckily the recently remastered collection on PS4 has been keeping me busy. I got my Platinums for 1 and 2, so now to tackle Infinite in a single go and see if I still have the knack. Wish me luck.

This game was definitely the easiest to Platinum, even 2099 mode isn't that hard if you bring the right weapons, I brought the Hand Cannon and Sniper with me at all times, thanks to elizabeth you never really have to worry about ammo unless you're a terrible shot.
The Clash in the Clouds DLC made this platinum a LOT more difficult.

Nah this one had some challenging parts and a lot of collectibles. Bioshock 2 was such a bloody joke. I got enough collectibles on my first run so I only needed weapon upgrades. Also I did my first run on hard so i did it on easy and never died at all.

Got all the achievements including the dlc ones on pc and jesus was it tough the challenges of the first dlc are a pain in the ass
Love this game and also your videos Adam . I’m ashamed to say for 1999 mode I did use a Return to sender bubble wrapping strategy on the generator though 😂. In my defence it allowed me time to go and take down the zeppelins myself . Whereby one includes a patriot which gave me a bit of a shock lol , full upgrading return to sender which includes ‘ send for less ‘as well as the ‘blood for salts ‘ gear helped a lot though.

I also really struggled with the final fight on normal mode but passed it my first time on 1999 and only died once during the fight. It kinda seemed easier oddly enough

i love this game so i’m gonna try to make it my first platinum. all i really have to do is the scavenger hunt and kill enemies in certain ways because in my first easy play through i basically tried to do everything i could on that difficulty. it’s gonna take awhile but this video sure did motivate me.

Ohhhh yeeeaahhh!
I got lucky with gear and was able to beat 1999 mode with just using the charge vigor and melee kills.
Any melee hits created electrical bursts which stunned enemies and any enemies that I killed restored health and salt so I was able to keep spamming the charge vigor. :)
Love your videos. I was wondering when you get to the second phase of the final fight does the health bar of the generator go up

Oh my damn dude. I did it the hard way with Comstock ghost by ducking and running while shooting her and ignoring the soldiers. Thanks for this better tactic as I'll use it on the Steam and PS4 version :D

Hey Adam! I'm planning on getting the platinum for this game. Is 1999 mode that hard? Like COD's veteran hard or much more? Love the series!
1999 mode is far easier than Modern Warfare's veteran mode. Can't speak for other Call of Duty veteran modes as I haven't played them. I'm sure you'll be fine.

Hey mate, how hard is the 1999 mode got most of the trophies expect that done, is it true that if u cant pay 100€ when u die u start at the very start?
It is challenging but far from impossible. Yes, you have to start again if you don't have $100, or you could just reload a previous save. I'm not an expert at the game and I managed to beat it. You'll be fine.

The Clash in the Clouds DLC made this platinum a LOT more difficult. Also the final fight in 1999 is really easy if you just protect the generator with Return to Sender traps, which act as shields.
You are right, using Return to Sender traps would have been really handy. If I am every replaying it, I'll keep that in mind.
You should play the DLCs if you haven't already. Burial at Sea 1 and 2 both continue the story of the base game, it's quite amazing to see. And you get to play as Liz in Episode 2 :)
I have played and loved Burial at Sea 1 and 2. Combined it is almost like a new Bioshock game. Great stuff.
Long time viewer here to say that after 5 years of playing this game I FINALLY got the platinum. (This was mostly caused by me switching consoles right before getting it and got too bored of it to start again). The worst part is that I finished the "Scavenger Hunt" achievement twice. I can wait to watch this video again to see what part you struggled with.

i remember beating the normal mode without dying once, then going to hard and dying like 4 or 5 times, then going to 1999 mode and i died about 50, god i love this game

In your opinion what was the easiest and hardest platinum Bioshock trophy? 1,2 or Infinite?
It depends on how you approach them. If you split the no vita chamber trophy and beating it on survivor, the first two games are handy. If you do no vita chambers and survivor at the same time, the first game is the hardest.
Infinite is the right amount of challenge. Never impossible but just tough enough.
I’m at the end of the game and I’m missing a collectible which is at the beginning of the game, what should I do?
Oof, that is a tough one. There isn't even a new game plus which would solve your problem. Do a bit of research but I think you might have to do it all again.

A tip for people doing platinum runs, don't open the safes unless you're seriously struggling with money. They only give money, only in Burial at Sea ep. 2 do they give gear. So opening the safes are just a waste of picks
Late comment but the game gives you so many lockpicks, you don't have to spare them at all (unless you keep missing them, of course). On my last playthrough I somehow had more lockpicks than I could carry (max. is 30).

Once you learn the 3 spots where Lady Comstock spawns, just lay down 10 Devil's Kiss traps and BOOM!
Battle over before it even begins.

You could kill lady comstock easily with charge with Melee damage boosts but it adds more of a challenge without that which I liked

When you start a playthrough of beating bioshock infinite with only vigors is when you'll truely appreciate the guns for what they are.
Just my thoughts.

Not too bad. Lady Comstock is tricky. You can manual save so you don't lose too much progress.

I jist finished the entire series on the hardest difficulty. My first INFINITE playthrough going for and getting SAAB HUNT, so this is pure entertainment as i didn't die when i fought her. Comment if u wanna know how.

@@thegoddamnedbatman2138 Take it slow and don't be afraid to retreat and pick enemies off from afar.
Also, jumping on the rail, jump off landing on a guy, jump back on, and repeat is a good strategy when available.

lol i used the konami code to unlock 1999 mode for my first ever play through and beat lady comstock all three times without dying. Pretty basic shit man upgrade the rpg sniper rifle only and one alternate, I chose the hand cannon because its third in overall dps equipped storm scavengers vest last man standing and tunnel vision upgraded bronco kiss shock and sender laid a bunch of traps and shot that bitch in the head. easy.
