Salvia always gave me a dark vibe, the pin pricking feel, the anxiety, its always feels traumatic.
It is called dysphoria, the opposite of euphoria.

I ended up trying salvia first because I was paranoid about DMT and I think there is something to be said about tryptamines and their inherent sedation that makes them a hair safer than dissociatives. Sometimes you just do weird goddamn shit on salvia. Legal in the US tho

I've had my fair share of mind-bending experiences with psychedelics and in life overall. But hearing terrifying salvia trip reports like these makes my soul clench. It's hard to imagine processing it all. Which is probably why they were so compelled to put it in writing. Safe travels to all my fellow explorers of inner landscapes

@@KarlosRaver it goes to show our reality and universe isn’t the only one. It’s not in outer space past the stars . It’s in your head these other plains of existence can be reached . I’ve found the same entities , alot of times they appear in our trips. The machine elves are universal . The hatman is universal . Once I find dmt I know it’s my time . I’ve met the hatman sober as a 6 year old kid but if you want to meet him faster you’d take some Benadryl . Oh he will appear but it’s not a nice entity. But he’s in a plain of existence that’s dark .

Listening to the first report, I'm surprised anyone can remember that many details from a journey. That must be a skill.
Yeah. I've wondered wether its because some people have a photo graphic memory. It would be interesting to know if these particular reports are from people with that ability. Salvia for me was like when you have a unbelievable weird dream and when you wake up you can't remember hardly any of it.
It's similar to training to remember your dreams with a dream journal, if you spend a lot of time thinking about your experience and writing down as much as you can remember you will begin to remember it better and better.
I personally have had salvia breakthroughs which I can remember as vividly as "real" life

Man I'm still blown away by my first Salvia experiences. If I would've understood beforehand what was going to happen I definitely wouldn't have done it. But I'm glad I did, and well I did it like 4 more times so maybe I would've haha. It is FREAKY.
I could see myself doing mushrooms (which ive done already), DMT, maybe LSD if I ever found a safe way to get it. But salvia… I am far too unsettled by its properties. Some people can handle it, I take it you can. But I would probably be messed up by it for a long time. I dont typically lose my sanity on anything, but I could definitely see myself losing it in Salvia.

Honestly man my first experience gave me pretty bad trauma. The scariest thing that's ever happened to me. But I realized it was a very powerful tool that I had become entangled with so I proceeded to other experiences. They were much more manageable as in less frightening. My last breakthrough was absolutely peaceful and beautiful. I can write a trip report later but that would take a long time and I'm at work hahaha.

Datura isn't as horrible as Salvia. Whats worse? Spending days in a horror movie? Or eternity trapped in a 7in by 17in steel container, buried upside down, in the ground, spinning very fast and time resets every 10 seconds forever?
Thanks to Salvia, I have to take xanax to even take a goddamned shower.
Datura is worse because only time salvia can cause you to be hurt is during the trip, datura itself, (not including dehydration, psychosis, and list of other things) make it worse.
I don’t think that’s due to salvia. Datura is a derilitant, it can cause serious issues for you
@@nikolai6489 Yeah, deliriants can be deadly. I'm just going by highs. Without any ill effects. I'll take Datura over salvia any day.
@@Minchken I just don’t see the appeal personally. I have done dph and datura, and didn’t like it. Actually overdosed on dph, dxm, alcohol (I smoked some weed too but don’t think that did anything since it doesn’t have ill effects)

I did salvia one single time. I cannot recall the strength of the extract, but immediately upon taking a hit and exhaling, I recall feeling this same pins and needles sensation.
Almost immediately afterwards, my living room turned dark blue, my vision became extremely blurry, and everything began to swirl violently. Gradually, my field of vision transformed into a massive serpent for a bit, before I became convinced I had turned into a washing machine. This felt like it went on for an eternity…
The only other experience I’ve had that was remotely similar to this was from ketamine. I was under the influence of a few other substances at the time, but I recall laying on the tile flooring of a bathroom, and then felt as if I were transformed into a bathroom tile and trapped that way.

I've had som great experiences with both, salvia is very intense, a little too much sometimes. Dot has never given me the negative experiences you hear so much about. For me I'd never try Bromo-DragonFLY or any of the DOx family (DOB, DOM Etc.)

You can microdose salvia too. Much cheaper than other psychedelics, you don't or barely gain a tolerance. Chewed it lasts about 2 hours and can be very mild.
@@thenuttednutter2669I think if you already enjoy mushrooms 2cb might be a step back. MDMA, 2cb and psychedelic amphetamines have always left me wanting more, and frankly they're probably unhealthy.

@@K1ckLoch like chewing tobacco, it's how the Oaxacans do it. They say the spirit doesn't like being burned. IDK personally but I prefer it by far, lasts longer and more enjoyable.
