I am so happy Denver is getting more international recognition! I visit Denver a lot to visit family, and I come from LAX, so plane spotting at Denver was always a little underwhelming! Cannot wait to go to Denver again!
I live 1.5 hours west of ya! Would love that as well. Weird that Lufthansa flies to FRA, but that's cool too. I was just telling a class this morning about TWA (they're all 18) and how they used to fly those 747's and L1011 out of STL 24/7!! Cheers!
Back in the day, I was a big fan of Dynasty that was filmed in Denver and especially of Alexis - that would have been huge if Dame Joan Collins was on that flight, as I’m a huge Joan Collins fan ❤❤❤❤
Ah the old 747-100s were well past its use by date. Steam gauge cockpits and of a vintage that needed a 3rd flight deck crew member. Aer Lingus may eventually operate either A350 on the busy north Atlantic routes or B777. The trend is actually to smaller AC and single isle long range for point to point destinations.
Aer Lingus used to be such a good airline and with excellent service, i was so disappointed recently. Charging for booze, no amenities and poor quality and low amount of food for long haul flights. At least the A330 is still used with a comfortable seating arrangement over the 787 and 777.
Greaser of a landing. Glad this AC is still in proper Aer Lingus Irish green livery and not the silly white IAG white with just a shamrock on the tail. Lose the green, loose the brand recognition the spells air friendly your welcome home your flying with your own.
Welcome on board this flight where Kris will be my slave while we blast off to space and wont let him use any free internet while hoping theres no tailwind in dublin so kris dont blast his pants due to enormous fear by Shamrock god pilots😂
Aer Lingus is horrendous. Would rather crawl over glass before flying with them. Cannot believe that anyone would fly with them if other options were available.
The walkaround really puts the size of these big birds into perspective.
On behalf of everyone from Colorado and across the USA, welcome and thank you for this new destination!
Loved the flags at the end! The Aer Lingus crew always seem like very warm people that take good care of their passengers.
I will say the staff on a Long Haul Aer Lingus flight are always absolutely amazing.
Brilliant crosswind landing in the butter machine A330. Welcome to Denver!
Nice to see British and Irish pilots working together
Thank you for the behind the scenes look at the excellent job of the crew!
What a beautiful landing!!
As a Denver resident, I’m excited for Aer Lingus bringing “the luck of the Irish” here! Can’t wait to fly with them!
Yes and perhaps they can fly some lucky illegals back to Dublin.
This is an awesome view that not a lot of people would get to see otherwise! Please come to Dallas soon!
Love Aer Lingus ☘️💚💚
Your Sad, get a Life and grow up
So grateful thank you safe travels!!!
Very nice, thanks for sharing this with us!
So glad to see you growing your USA operations! Many cities in the USA would love to have you!
What a cool job.
I don't like flying but it's really reassuring to watch pilots at work.
Greaser of a landing with the x-wind 👍

So cool
Nice crosswind technique used there 👌🏻👌🏻
Congrats - bringing to cities closer together
Great production. aviation geek"s favourite
How come you didn’t show the first go around?
Damnnnn that’s just wrong haha
What do u mean 😭
No shame in a good around.
Awesome!
Nice touchdown captain! Welcome to Denver.
Pure Kerrygold of a landing
Nifty little decrab just before touchdown.
What days do they fly direct ?
Great video. Loved the flags!
Welcome to Denver!
Yes the illegal migrants they are dumping off there will feel right at home...
Excellent airline recommend for Europe and America ❤ love from Dublin
IF you live in Dublin and IF you have no other choice.
Low cost airline.
Windy day beautiful touch down
How long was the flight? welcome and look forward to taking this flight!!
How have the load factors been? Hopefully things are going well.
Great video. Do ye fly direct to Denver all year round?
John Denver 2 songs he sang was Leaving on a jet plane and Rocky Mountain High seems apt
It takes around 7 - 8 hours to reach Denver.
Shamrock never lets us down. 😅
Hey friends at Aer Lingus! I’m a local st. Louisian and I was wondering if you would ever consider service to the gateway city. Thanks!
With the XLR they’ll probably be flying there in the next few years

If an Aer Lingus aircraft is Christen CONNIE is it called CONNIE LINGUS?
More and more international airlines coming to Denver.
I need to fly aer lingus sometime looks like a great airline
How do you get that impression from this video?
@@NihonKaikan not necessarily I see it a lot at LAX
Go Boil an egg
Their greedy pilots are amazing.
@@dw12345 so I’ve heard
Come to Charlotte, NC! ☘️
buttery landing
Make sure you bring the cap with you on the walk around 😂
No water cannons spraying for the arrival???
💓
Air fungus! Great !
The A-330 is nice, but I miss the old Jumbos

Will AER LINGUS ever start scheduled flights to the caribbean?
Jamaica?
No call for it
No she wanted to go
No

Aer Lingus feels like the perfect candidate to order the A330-900
A321XLRs will probably be the one, already 2 ordered as far as I remember
@@m_swizzy22 but the A330-900 can carry far more passengers. Many of their A330 CEO’s are pretty old now
I pretty much agree. I can see it coming to replace their long haul fleet in the future
787 is a better idea
@@N1120A why? They don’t currently operate the 787 or even 777
What a landing 🤩
@@JohnMurphy-iz8jhok
@JohnMurphy-iz8jh that doesn't take anything away from the fact that he absolutely greased it though. Perfect.
@@JohnMurphy-iz8jh No
Did she call 'positive climb' too early?
1:18 - 'a 360 walkaround'. I thought it was a 330? ;-)
How dare you
They could have made proper flag polls for the windows
Well of course you could have made them ‘proper flag poles’ whatever they are and of course presented them to Aer Lingus with your compliments!🤔
@@TheHothits100 they have engineers, why not use them

Funny looking fella.
Yes I agree the illegal migrants they are dumping on the yanks' sanctuary city do look rather funny indeed.
Captain looks like the Megabus man lmao
Fantastic But More Manchester Transatlantic routes please Los Angeles San Fransisco Philadelphia etc
Dublin is their hub, not Manchester
@@James-re3lz Manchester Is there UK hub
@@aidenharleymorantheir hub not there
@@markmoran916 Yes They have Main Hub In Dublin Ireland And Manchester UK is the base For Aer lingus UK.

Static ports on the winglet 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I was about to say!
He meant antennas for static discharge
@@rohankamat2 they're not called antennas....
Static wicks
He meant static wicks, probably a bit nervous.
Time to do a direct Dublin-Johannesburg flight.
Why? No demand.
No demand, they’ll concentrate on US routes.South African routes connect through UK
No water cannon salute?? Very poor
This makes me laugh. What do pilots know about external problems!? Ground crew already have done the checks.
