If money wasn't an issue wireless all day. I've been trying a Razer Atheris before getting my G502 and honestly I didn't notice any latency difference when playing Apex and Overwatch for 2 days
Yup. I can't speak for the rest of the TA team (or Lewis) but for me wireless performance has gotten so good that I really can't notice the difference unless I'm looking out for it, so I always go wireless if I can - Dom
Wired cause, if your on a desk, it's just well 'wireless'. This keyboard is 70 more (cad) for the need of charging and lack of a usb pass through, and this is coming from a user of the arctis 7s and the gpro wireless, atleast with wireless mouse an headset there is a bigger advantage which is more freedom without a cable in the way, but with a stationary device like a keyboard, I find it just an inconvenience.

Yeah, also good RGB . So you can actually see the Keys (wich key it is) really well. Others have it switched. Lots of RGB and only the key is a sticker: can’t really tell the key sometimes in the dark.
The battery is way better than advertised. I bought mine May 6th 2022 and it’s now April 2nd 2022 (approximately 1 month), I’ve only charged it once when I got it and still has 67% as of writing this. I use it daily for work and gaming, I’m highly impressed.
In case someone comes across this before purchase: the switches sound much more tame than other brands. The tactile almost sounds like a regular, non-mechanical keyboard. I'd get the clicky for sure, given the choice.

Just picked up a G915, and I have to say that this is best ever keyboard I have purchased... the price really is the only downside. It sounds great (clicky model) feels amazing and looks sweet. I actually bought this not for gaming but for its high-tech sleek looks.. can't imagine a 'gaming' keyboard being so wafer thin with low-profile keys. However, its wireless feature got my attention as i was looking for a wireless keyboard & mouse combo which i could swop out easily when i need to use the desk space for a HOTAS setup to play flight-sims. The look and feel of it is just too cool and I kinda enjoyed typing on it as well.
My problem is that wireless keyboards are literally useless. You need a wire to charge them anyway, I'd just keep the wire in at all times anyway, it doesn't affect performance. Wireless mice and headsets really are worth it cuz the cables in these things really do affect performance. Bought the Blackwidow v3 pro wireless keyboard and I just keep it plugged in lol. G815 all the way.
I have a g513 right now that I find waaaay too high in terms of the angle I need to have my wrists in order to WASD....how noticeable is the low profile compared to an average mechanical keyboard and how about compared to a standard ergo-membrane keyboard?
Hi there! I am new to mechanical keyboards and am considering buying the G 815. Is it possible to easily replace the LEDs? It's important to me because LEDs darken over time due to the limited brightness life expectancy of LED technology. I plan to own the keyboard for a long time. Thx!
How is the brushed metal finish on the G815? On Logitech's own official website, with the photos that they've chosen, the finish is definitely more pronounced on the G915 version. It's pretty hard to tell with the G815 just through a photo or video.
I find it funny how you say "THE ONLY DIFFERENCE is the cable" at the end of the video when it clearly shows a lack of two buttons on the g815 in the same frame and that logo or w/e it is above the home button. Lol.
Well, the 2 missing buttons are just for the wireless connection which makes sense and the lightspeed logo is a thing they advertise the wireless connection with. So yeah, the only differences are because of the wired vs wireless comparison

what you should've mentioned. The switches aren´t interchangable nor are they swappable. You can´t even buy new switches for this one, so if one of your switches breaks, you need a new keyboard, wich makes it a no-go to buy for that price, because it will break within 2 years for sure, wich you will feel once you buy one of these, the switches aren´t that high quality as everyone on youtube tells, they are quite different in quality, even within one keyboard you can notice a big difference between the switch quality, some are wobbly, some are not. So, i would not recomment this keyboard for anyone who cares about quality, cause this one just looks like it is good quality, but is very cheap and not worth the price.
