I love the tone and quality of your trumpet playing. I am an older come back player. Your tone is so clear and energetic and powerful!!! Amazing. It appears you did this arrangement. it is light and moves so freely and fits so well with how you presented it through your performance.
I listen to this man at least 4 to 5 times a week. Listened to many many trumpet professionals and his tone (maybe it’s the trumpet) but the best I’ve ever heard. Had a guy in my high school band pretty close to this!
@Carl Ferrigno it's a short composition with only a trumpet solo... idiot. Putting a twist wouldn't even be appropriate for this specific composition. U also shouldn't be talking trash. J probably dont know who rich is
the song here was written by Bob Thiele and George David Weiss, which was first recorded by Louis Armstrong. The song by Sam Cooke (and first sung by Sam Cooke) has a similar title but is a different tune (i.e. "Don't know much about history. . . . what a wonderful world this would be.")
I say this with all possible respect. Brandon's playing is among the very best we have on this earth today. But I think this should have been treated a little differently. This song usually brings tears to my eyes, but this felt a bit sterile. The staccato notes seemed, well, unseemly. It didn't feel lyrical. Maybe this is what Brandon and his father were going for, and if so, that's fine. This just feels like a bit of a missed opportunity to me; when I saw Brandon Ridenour playing this piece I expected a more moving experience. Perhaps this is the beauty of art - we perceive it all differently. I will continue to listen to Brandon and be melted by his sound. Best wishes, and best of luck.
KyleSemmelroth 2set violín. “If you can play it slow; you can play it fast” I didn’t bash your playing; it was just too mechanical for me at the chosen speed. :p
That tone is pure candy.
That vibrato is something to be proud of
vert smooth and cool
This… this was my grandmas favorite song
I miss her :( I hope your grandparents live long happy lives and you spend tim with them :)

I love this...
I would love, someday, to achieve that sound quality with my trumpet...
PERFECT, like a knife thru butter... a true master of the trumpet. More power to you, Brandon. Old Satchmo would hv hugged you.
I just love the trumpeter's sound! And his facility! Very inspirational.
Just beautiful. Thank you so much !!!!!
This guy is GOOD
Brandon has the best tone and style of anyone around. A master of his instrument(s).
Deep but bright. Incredible !!!!
Deep? How is a soprano instrument deep?
He's got a very solid tone. There's a depth to it even if the pitch is not deep
Thank you. Really nice and warm tone.
Brandon, love those colors coming out of that horn. Best from BC
Beautiful musicianship & family. Keep 'em coming. Best from Battle Creek

I don't play trumpet my lips are to big but i can play the trombone
Sousaphone works best for ya then
I would give all my money to get a tone like that 😅🎺🎼🎶 however , i prefer this piece to be played slower . Not jumpy style
It's good, but it's not quite [Arm]Strongbow Cider
R
Nice tone nice articulation way too much staccato
I don't know what you mean by too much staccato. There was barely any staccato in the piece.
Ellen Johnson dumbass
That tone is pure candy.
