Here's a cheap fix for scratch and dent concerns. Go to the store, Five Below and buy a crap load of pool noodles!!! Perfect for padding those pipes. Use tape or zip ties rather than pipe clamps to secure them. Awesome. You can also add angle iron as struts to strengthen for snow load but should always brush off more than 3-4" of snow as it accumulates. Keep it easy. I've used landscape ties to create an inner form around the base to tuck and secure the tarp. They will last much longer with a little help.
The narrowing is where the stability and strength come from. There is a pitched roof model if width higher up is a main concern. Snow load is also a factor to consider.
Come on, you know they're cheaper to get at Harbor Freight or any big box store. Rebar worked great as anchors thru Cinder blocks especially if you bury them. You can also cement them into the ground, they thing will never move an inch.
How did she survive the Winter? I ask because my neighbour built the same shelter, and after only 3-4 weeks, a good wind storm came along and she tore badly. ps. thanks for the video ;-)
Glad to see that you are pleased with your shelter! We appreciate your feedback and will be using this proactively! The four anchors in this kit are temporary anchors and we recommend you purchase more permanent anchors designed for your surface type. If you have any additional questions or concerns please feel free to call us at 1-800-932-9344. Great video, thanks for sharing!

True. My current 3-year-old shelter is also on my channel and love it more than the ShelterLogic.
I do love your idea of adding the two vents, brilliant.
Great idea!
Thank you for sharing! I'm shopping for same garage and seeing this video has convinced me this is the one.
Thank you very much for sharing this video. It has really helped us a lot.

I had the pitches roof model for over 3 years. Just wanted a larger one doe my "new" car. That's why I bought this one.
In the door panel roller pipe I added a solid stick of wood like a closet rod. Big improvement.
If u leave it to loose the tarp I mean it could gather heavy snow between the pipes
Yes. But it is easier to clean, and the trap had to be slightly tighter for winter and loose it for the summer months.
Can you do a video on how to manually roll up the door. Thanks
Paint these things with white latex paint and the fabric will not deteriorate.
Hi
These are quoted as "water resistant".
How good is it in that respect - I'm in UK and it rains a lot.
Thanks
How did you get the end down so far?the bottom of mine is 4 inches from the ground
You may need to pull it down. Loosen it, adjust it. Tighten it. Do not forget to put a pole in the bottom to stiffen the back wall.
How has it held up for the last 5 years??
I have since sold it. The new owner did not keep up the maintenance, and it only lasted him 2 seasons
Can it fit a Nissan rogue 2016? Just bought this for the Montreal Winter
It should fit. Just for you, though. The passengers will half to wait for the vehicle to move out.

So it doesn't come with the door lift?

Your neighbor may have put it up to tight, or to loose. My older shelter lasted over 3 years before I replaced it with this one.
Install a shrinkwrap boat cover over it alot stronger mine looks new 5yrs later they usually run 10$ per foot
Por15 . That Ross forever check it out stop rest forever
