    Thank you for sharing this. I recently just got some of the clam shell ones in a bead order but I've seen them before and always wondered how to use them! Looking forward to experimenting with them :)

    How did you secure the bead inside the clam shell? I didn’t see you knot it off or glue it 🤷🏼‍♀️. Wouldn’t the string just fall out #newbie

    I just use a crimp bead. Works perfectly.

    At the end when you were going to add the second clamshell, I noticed that you added your stopper bead before the clamshell. Was the intentional? I never saw you put that 2nd clamshell on. I’m confused. I thought your supposed to put the clamshell on before the stopper bead. Is that correct? This is my first time using clamshells and your video was very helpful. Except for that last bit.

      Yep every video I find ends like this. I need more insight on the second clamshell like wtf

      If you do it like the first one there will just be a ton of space left over

      Hi Andrea, I didn't demonstrate attaching the last clamshell, but I think I did voice the instructions - perhaps try listening with the sound on... I will have a look at this when I have time.

    Do you have any tips for how to hide the seam in the clamshell? Is there an alternative other than knotting? I don't love the seam. Thanks!

    Hi , I bought many times Gold plated Clasp and beads and in less than a year those are losing the color 😪Is there any kind gold Clasp or bead never lose the color ?

    • @BeadedChic101
      @BeadedChic101  Год назад +1

      Hi Tomm, maybe if you buy solid gold, or protect with a clear varnish...

    • @nataliesharif2167

      Solid gold. Not plated. It's difficult to find them for sale to general public. If u r in the industry easy to find. A few sellers on etsy have them for the piblic.
