Not only that, but the man forgot the golden age of Islam, and this was during the era of the Abbasid Caliphate, which existed from the year 750 until its fall in 1258 at the hands of the Mongols.

The Han also saw a great boom in culture that would make every Chinese later on to declare themselves as "Han Chinese" due to the cultural significance.
It would eventually fall by corruption, incompetent emperor and ministers and a massive internal revolt which resulted in the Three Kingdoms period.
