I've had 135m, 330d, x4 335d and M4 I've recently bought a 435d GC X drive msport (what a mouth full) I personally like the slightly less common shape with the added aggressive stance. Fuel consumption is brilliant as is grip and power. It's a sensible almost as real life quick compromise to my much loved M4 convertible which looked and sounded great but in the real world of a weekend family car didn't quite cut it lol. I've tried Merc, Audi and Porsche and always end up back in a beemer. I think the GC ride is better than the usual jaw breaking msport on 19s. Seat height is low but it's a low slung car so comes with the territory. It's easy to drive fast and far, HK stereo is essential as is business media. The pre 19 interior is indeed dated and the much needed 2019 range are definitely much better and bring BMW more in line with Audi etc at long last. That said pre 19 models offer great second hand value if you can live with the well known hard wearing layout. All just my opinion but I love the 435d GC in every way apart from the diesel sound and it is even at that one of the best oil burners....
Hello I would like to get advice, it is worth of buying grand coupe 4 2014 (sport edition) with 135 000 km 420d xdrive for 17k euros? how it is with reliabilty, service cost and maintenance. Thanks for answer
I bought the faster BMW 435i GC and a Audi S5 coupe. The Audi looks better with better quality interior. However, the bimmer is no slouch either as some people like it better but it's a matter of personal taste.
Odd review. I'm 6'2'' and have no problems with headroom in the back. Also, the 4 GC is notably worse to drive than other BMW's. It doesn't have the same feeling as just about every other model I've owned and/or driven. Although it looks good and is more practical than one might think, it's just too meh to drive compared to its competition.
I think this is basically the 3 sadan with a slightly different body-kit. well, i think they are enough people out there who are willing to pay the extra cash for the "sexy-version" of the F30. I rather spend the cash in a stronger engine or extras.
Hi Jake, Jon who is reviewing the car is a little over 6 foot. Jon talks about the space in the rear of the car from around 2.23 minutes of this video and you can see him in the back of the car at 2.37 where he talks about the headroom.
I'm about 6ft and my hair kept rubbing against the headliner sitting in the back. Driving position up front didn't feel as ergonomically well sorted compared to the F-30 either. Love the silhouette of the F-36 however, but still pondering if the cramped cabin is worth its sexy profile.
waruilewi I am 17 feet tall and I cannot fit in this car. It's not a great problem however as I am a giraffe and cannot drive anyway. I do however like the sunroof which makes access to trees for eating lunch easier

That white but with black rims😋
Of course it's better than a Audi, the only Audi cars I like are the R8 & the new S1
Im one step ahead of you i like no audi at all

Sure it's tricky to get in the back, but not as tricky or inconvenient as getting in the back of the normal 4 series coupe!
BMW can produce 3 versions of the same car (4grancoupe, 3GT, and 3 sedan), and people still buy them. Amazing.
like a baw$ *B)*
The GT is best value for money
5 versions actually, 3 sedan, 3 wagon, 3 gt, 4 and 4 gran coupe. Not including M3 and M4.

Wow,, the 418d is almost 2 seconds slower than my f30 ED!!
dash and dials do need some refreshing. dials look , just very functional. I feel simple improvements could be done to inject some life into them

Would a 6 ft person fit in the back of this car, having headroom, anyone know?

'.....Despite BMW's ever expanding 'Gnome-an-Klature.....'
LOL!
That's precisely the only correct way to pronounce it.
Great car
WHY IT ONLY HAVE 248HP WITH TWIN TURBO.
Big Time it doesn't have a twin turbo engine. It says 'twin power turbo'. The 4 cylinder only has 1 turbo and 248bhp. :)
Big Time Had my 420i remapped & it now has 260hp & 420 ft/lbs torque 😬
Danny boyyHD what do mean remapped

Fucking car doesn’t even have real leather 🤷🏽♂️
let's make a sedan version of the coupe version of the sedan. Oh, and call it a coupe. This car is for people who are debilitated by choosing.
Patrick Ford it’s because it has a hatchback 😳
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I love bmw but this is just pointless! The Audi A5 sport back is much better
Same thing when they lauched the A5...BMW will sell quite alot of these.
