    Another great video, Sharon.
Completely agree with all these points. I must admit though, I’m biased when it comes to #7 lol.
I’m a fitness coach in Santa Barbara and New York. More than happy to answer any workout related questions you may have in the future if they ever come up.
It’s the least I can do to give back after all the valuable content you’ve produced.
    Take care 😊

Thank you so much! Love that you are a fitness coach. I've learned so much from so many in your industry and appreciate all that people like you do to keep us in shape and healthy! Sometimes when people ask me what is the number 1 thing they should do to start learning about investing, I have to resist the temptation to say - start working out every day. To me discipline is the key to all of this and no better way to do that than working out. I'm sure you get it! 😁

@@sharonwinsmith Yes, I know exactly what you are talking about. Plus, there is more research coming out now about how some workout routines can improve cognition. I’m sure there are a bunch of RUclips videos out there about this you can find. I suspect that helps work that “discipline muscle” in areas outside the gym (pun intended).

That is not surprising at all! Will definitely look into that research more.
