Live Ectopic Pregnancy || Ultrasound || Case 140
Clinical Features:
A young married female patient came with
- Amenorrhoea for 2+ months.
- Acute severe right lower abdominal pain.
Ultrasound Features:
- An irregular heterogeneous complex lesion with two internal irregular thick-walled anechoic cystic areas is noted at the right adnexal region. The right ovary could not be separately visualized.
- One cystic area shows an internal single live embryo of 6+ weeks size.

Definitely possible. But Dichorionic extrauterine twin pregnancy will be a rare d/d.
