    Isa sa naging paborito ko simula ng maka-kain ako sa isang Pinoy carinderia sa Eaglerock Plaza dito sa Los Angeles... mas maanghang mas masarap! Thanks Bogs for sharing your cooking with your followers.. ang dami ko ng napanood na videos mo on both channel at lagi na lang akong naglalaway hahaha! Sayang walang Pinoy Food Truck dito sa Los Angeles... (actually meron yatang ISA pero hindi naglalagi sa isang location... Ingat na lang palagi...

    Request po Sir, “LAING”. Mabigyan nyo po sana kaming mga nasa ibang bansa na paano ba pumili ng best quality na “dried-laing-leaves” na naka-repack or plastic na??? Ako mismo Hindi ko masabi sa labas ng plastik kung masarap or overdue na ba or… May mold na ba yung nabibili naming mga laing leaves na naka-plastik na….
    Sana po matugunan nyo po ang akin… ang aming concern -- ang inyong mga kababayan na nasa ibang bansa.

    Bakit di ak gumagamit ng serving spoon sa kinukuha mng. Garlic. Tapos gianmit mo pa sa ginising bqgoong maconminate na ung garlic mo nyan dpat always use service spoon.

    Bicol express was invented by a bisaya na may pwesto ng kainan sa Maynila malapit sa train station from Manila to Bicol. As requested by her customers na gusto ng maanghang na dish kaya sya nag experiment ng putahe, Her original version is puro mga siling haba na nilagyan ng gata na ngustuhan naman ng mga parokyano nya, hanggang sa mag evolve sya at nilagyan na ng pork strips, minsan nghahalo din sya ng sigarilyas or sitaw dito. Nag click sya sa masa kasi nga masarap at maanghang na karamihan ng pinoy ay mahilig talaga. Hindi po sya dish ng bicol.

    Not an authentic Bicol Express but good enough. We Bicolanos don't use luya for this dish and we use siling green or siling pang sigang
