Cyclone 2 ($55) vs. Vader 4 Pro ($79): The build quality between the two is pretty much the same, but there seem to be some quality control issues with the Vader sticks and the Cyclone triggers. I prefer the TMR sticks on the Cyclone 2 over the Vader 4 Pro’s Hall effect sticks, even though the Vader offers adjustable joystick tension. The Vader 4 Pro has 4 rear buttons compared to the Cyclone’s 2. I do wish the Cyclone 2 had 4 back buttons, so if that’s a deal breaker for you, I could see why you’d choose the Vader 4 Pro. That said, the Cyclone 2’s software is easier to use and allows you to program buttons on the fly. Hello I have a question. I play a lot of PUBG & ps2 Emulator and I was wondering what would be best suited for me the G8+ or Cyclone 2? as both is from the same company
I took a chance with a GameSir G3s back in 2015 or '16; it still has about the same battery life(great!) and has zero stick drift. Hard to beat them for aftermarket controllers, sometimes they're even better than factory controllers; ask me how my DS3's from the same time period are doing lol
I've bought one because of this video, and I can't say I'm disappointed. The only bad thing I can say about it is that it doesn't fit perfectly in my hands; it's a little small and the triggers' area is not very ergonomic - although this was something I only noticed initially, and now that I've gotten used to it after a while, I don't really notice it anymore. Besides, if it really annoyed me, I'd just bind the back buttons to L1 and R1, and rest my index fingers on the triggers (although I think I'll leave them unbound for now, since it's fun to just spam press them lol). Also, since this concerned me before I bought mine too (to the point where I used a youtube comment search website to search for "battery", "charge", etc. lol): I'm happy to report that the 2 hour thing was not only bullshit, but it'll easily last 8 hours. I haven't figured out the exact number yet, so I'll update this comment later (if I don't forget).
I'm honestly excited for the g7 pro. Hope it will be released soon. There's talk of it having 4 back buttons, though it's also possible that it only has 2, and they counted the 2 extra shoulder buttons as well.
After a second watch, in the Trigger section, I think the visual is missing, because you are showing the back of the controller for like 20 second while talking about the trigger lock but not showing how to ingage it ? 9:42
I'm really confused and need help.. Which is the best for pc...in term if fbs game and FIFA.. Is it the tarantula...or the cyclone 2..or is it vader 4....apex 4... Maybe the new blitz 2..regardless at the price ... of course build quality and feel mater's
......and now we wait for what looks to be the G7 Pro that was leaked on the Steamdeck reddit. 🙃 I am glad that Gamesir is at least listening to their adopters.
As long as it has console support and 4 back buttons (probably the bigger issue since the adapter for now works-hopefully Microsoft doesn’t nix that with another update though)
Black Mesa. I pulled this up for some context: “ Black Mesa is a 2020 first-person shooter video game developed and published by Crowbar Collective. It is a fan-made remake of Half-Life made in the Source game engine. Originally published as a free mod in September 2012, Black Mesa was approved for commercial release by Valve, the developers of Half-Life.”
@GamerHeavenOfficial do you have a setting for the vader pro 4 for cod? When I set it my aim is wonky while other players stick on you like glue. I didn't mess with thr setting from the flydigi software but in game my deadzones are 0 and aim sense are 6h and 6v. Aim curve type is dynamic.
Gamesir Cyclone 2 gamepad tester, for the right trigger, does the controller increase by 0.1 all the way to 100? I have the Gamesir G7 SE, and when you press in the trigger, the first 20 percent of it rounds the number, for example: 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.6, 0.8. After 20 percent, it increases by 0.1 perfectly. I was wondering if that was fixed for the Cyclone 2. I mostly play racing games, so throttle control is important to me. Thankyou, for your content over the years it's been educational and funny.
I'm a PC gamer. I mostly play fifa (or ea fc) and sometimes fps. I have an Xbox one x controller and it's been feeling very laggy. I thought of getting the G7 se and now I'm wondering if I should get the T4 pro or cyclone 2 instead? The G7 se and T4 pro are the same price which is almost half of the cyclone 2. Let them do this with the symmetrical layout too for claw players, I know the tarantula good asl but this 🤩
Is there a dualshock 4 mode for PC?
Hello I have a question. I play a lot of PUBG & ps2 Emulator and I was wondering what would be best suited for me the G8+ or Cyclone 2? as both is from the same company
3.5mm for us IEM players 🔥🤘
Is there any USB-C Adapter I can use this with for shorter latency on Nintendo Switch
Brook or mayflower
@baronofworcestershire9315 do they work with the Nintendo switch?
@@Sp3dy-lv7pi I don’t know own a switch so
I wouldn’t know
I took a chance with a GameSir G3s back in 2015 or '16; it still has about the same battery life(great!) and has zero stick drift. Hard to beat them for aftermarket controllers, sometimes they're even better than factory controllers; ask me how my DS3's from the same time period are doing lol
G3s, OMG, thank you bro, you gave me a lot of memories😘
What would be the best grip tape for this controller?
Is this faster then the victrix gambit
Do you like this or the Vader 4?
I'm honestly excited for the g7 pro. Hope it will be released soon. There's talk of it having 4 back buttons, though it's also possible that it only has 2, and they counted the 2 extra shoulder buttons as well.
you know everything😆
After a second watch, in the Trigger section, I think the visual is missing, because you are showing the back of the controller for like 20 second while talking about the trigger lock but not showing how to ingage it ? 9:42
I noticed that. The trigger lock 🔒 is on the side of the trigger.
@@GamerHeavenOfficial Oh ! now I see it, thank you for the fast response
Yo bossman🫡,
Can I use usb c wired to play my series x?
Thanks boss, awesome content as usual!!
I'm really confused and need help..
Which is the best for pc...in term if fbs game and FIFA..
Is it the tarantula...or the cyclone 2..or is it vader 4....apex 4... Maybe the new blitz 2..regardless at the price ... of course build quality and feel mater's
man i have same exact question , wish one is the best Fifa and COD lol
People generally recommend the Blitz 2 as the best FPS controller.
For a general controller you can't go wrong with the Vader 4 or the cyclone.
Has anyone had problems trying to connect to the brooks adapter for ps5
......and now we wait for what looks to be the G7 Pro that was leaked on the Steamdeck reddit. 🙃
I am glad that Gamesir is at least listening to their adopters.
As long as it has console support and 4 back buttons (probably the bigger issue since the adapter for now works-hopefully Microsoft doesn’t nix that with another update though)
G7 PRO will be coming soon, we know that
What is the game you're playing at 0:12 and 1:01?
@GamerHeavenOfficial thanks kev!
Great review as always, thanks for your work and passion. The Cyclone 2 pro of the flydigi vader 4 pro? Thats the real question here
Both are great, but I would take the Vader 4 pro personally
@GamerHeavenOfficial do you have a setting for the vader pro 4 for cod? When I set it my aim is wonky while other players stick on you like glue. I didn't mess with thr setting from the flydigi software but in game my deadzones are 0 and aim sense are 6h and 6v. Aim curve type is dynamic.
@@GamerHeavenOfficial is the Cyclone 2 working with Brook XB3 on series X? I saw a RUclipsr where it's not working surprisingly...
I love the gamesir controller. If i could make one improvement, it would be a second back button on each side.
Which one better vader 4 or razer v3 pro?
does anyone else have issues updating the firmware?
Hi, Hoping you could review 8bitdo ultimate 2c wireless, standard version and wukong version :D
This or the tarantula pro? Got a tarantula on order should I send it back lol
The thumbstick caps are removable!! This hints at future alt-caps being released 👀
Battery Life ??
Which one would you recommend between the cyclone 2 and the g7 he? I don’t mind that the latter is only wired
Cyclone
@@GamerHeavenOfficial thanks!
How much of a difference are the mechanical buttons?
Can i play wired out the box on xbox? Or do i need an adaptor?
No u need a conveter/adaptor
Have you been able to connect to Xbox? I have the XB3 Brooks wingman adapter no luck on my end
Curious about this set up,ordered one of these controllers not realizing it needed an adapter to work on the series x.
