Blink Assessment for Pediatrics

Arriving on the scene and making a rapid, high quality assessment in a manner where, as Gladwell says, you are "thinking without thinking," you must have effectively pre-planned en route to the scene. That's when an effective "Blink" assessment can be performed and treatment effectively determined and carried out.
