Salim Joubran (originally served in the Knesset and is now a Justice on the Israeli Supreme Court), Nadia Hilou (Labor Party), Hana Sweid (Hadash Party), Aida Touma-Suleiman (Hadash Party), Mtanes Shehadeh (Balad Party).

A Priest at the Maronite Christian Church in Nazareth told me that there are only about 15,000 Maronite Christians in all of Israel. They mostly live in northern Israel. But they are a long-standing community that feels a strong connection with the Nation of Israel. The majority of them volunteer to serve in the Israeli Defense Force.
They are traitors and sellout to my country lebanon if they come I hope they get the capital punishment not because they are Christians (they were also abfew shias supporting israel) but because they are TRAITORS to the state

My heart breaks for my Christian brothers and sisters struggling around the world, especially those in the Middle East. When the guy in the video said he accepts that Israel is a Jewish state and that he just wanted equal rights, almost begging…that part really hit different.
They have equal rights, i dont even know what he is talking about. Maybe some are still considered refugees in this case they dont serve the 5 years military service as well

I boarded with Maronite nuns for almost ten years 1973 to 1983 in Town of Bdadoon. Lebanon is in deep trouble with Iran being in charge. As a Christian Leb. we re better off on Israeli side. For now Leb. is a failed state; what we christians to do? keep a low profile, survive and most likely try to exit to the larger christian world far away.

@@saullesperance2964 I might not have made myself very clear but I'm certainly not upset. I happen to have Lebanese ancestory and family still in Lebanon so I am au fait with the maronite community there. I guess I just find all the sugary speak of the Middle East a bit much as I've also learnt it can a change in minutes with a hand shake.

@Ευαγγελος Αγγελος It’s the Jordanian flag minus the white star. The UAE, Kuwait, Syria and Iraq use the same color schemes, but the ones with the red triangle are “Palestine” and Jordan. Either the “Palestinians” aren’t very creative or they know their true home is Jordan.
