- @HeyAlexisDominique and I very candidly express our deep conviction of pledging, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. We share a combined 4 years of Repenting, Renouncing, Denouncing, Deliverance, and Healing in the Presence of God/Godly Council before releasing our separation from this organization with the world.
In this video, we share our individual stories of God leading us out by revealing to us the truth. We apprise the hidden deception that comes with joining Greek letter organizations by way of rituals, oaths, the initiation process, and the ritual handbook. It is God's desire that none will perish (2 Peter 3:9).
It's our desire that many will open their hearts to receive the truth that the Father has given us to share. We recognize that a part of our purpose as Kingdom Ambassadors is to lead others to the one who is the way, the truth, and the life (Jesus). There is a need now more than ever for voices of truth to arise and shed light on darkness and deception that is commonly accepted as right in the world.
We pray that you will take every word back to God and take it upon yourself to do the necessary research and seek the truth.

I declare and decree that this video reaches individuals that need to hear these words. I am so grateful that Jesus died for our sins and gives us Mercy and Grace anew every day. I will be attending an hbcu fall 23 and It always been a dream to join these organizations. I’m so glad God has woke me up before hand. I pray that I will stand firm in Christ when I start college
Praise God...don't do it...I went to an HBCU and wanted to pledge...I decided I would pledge grad...well God shut it down. I prayed and he did not allow me to go through it. God revealed to me later that this was idolatry and not of him.
It is a process that glamorizes and is culture friendly! Beware of these things. If you have a small amount of belief in God; more specifically, and not fully aware of Christ and our blessings in his sacrifice and the true nature of Christ it’s ok to be skeptical but know that it is nothing more than idol worship. The women in my family are AKA’s; I broke the cycle. My mom was ok with my decision, but a few of my other family members were upset. They are so color struck. This light skin/dark skin mess is racism against the black race. They tried to groom me from Jr. High - High School. When I went to college in 1996, I went for education only. Thank God…
I was told if you could not pass the "bag test" you could not pledge AKA and that was the reason Delta was started for women with dark skin.

I pledged DST in 1977 and held several offices, including DP. A few years later I was filled with the Holy Spirit (speaking in Tongues). After going through deliverance, Holy Spirit revealed to me that my involvement was not of Him. Immediately I got rid of all the paraphenilia, photographs, rubies, diamonds and pearls (destroyed, burned...I did not sell or give away anything)! In 2013, when I was called to the Ministry, I formally denounced my involvement with the sorority. I remain free today and praise God for it. I am so proud of you ladies. You are ministering to thousands through your obedience. Thank you
I pledged Delta also and after 25 years the Lord wanted me to get out. Holy Spirit lead me to review my ritual book. When I saw the oaths I took, I cried. I had to renounce, denounce, and go through deliverance. Headquarters did not make it easy. It took 2 years, but God be glorified.
How do you not sell diamonds, rubies, and pearls, unless they are cheap because they are of very low quality? Most people, including the very wealthy, won't just throw these items away.

The devil hides in plain sight! I was 20 years old about 20 years ago, I was recruited by the Zetas. I was interested but thankful that my mother knew enough to tell me no and that as a Christan woman I could not involve myself with any organization that had secret rituals and pledges. And I am also thankful that I was an obedient child who respected her mother's opinion.
Recently in grad school, I started seeing all of the successful women who have come through these sororities and it made me wish I had gotten involved. Then this video came up on my timeline and it reaffirmed that I made the right decision.

One of the hardest things I had to do was let Omega go after all I had to go through to become one. But what can you do when your eternal soul is at stake? I praise God that he didn’t leave me in idolatry. It’s a lonely road sometimes but you must keep your eyes on the end goal of spending eternity with God and forsaking the temporary social benefits of Greek life. My grandfather was a pastor and he told me when I was a young boy, if you have to do anything in the dark(secretly) then it’s more than likely not of God! So I was never inclined to join any kind of organization, fraternities, groups, etc. Frankly , I never understood the purpose of joining.

Funny thing is -at her charter school, she had a teacher who took a fascination with my daughter and she was an aka! She wanted to spend time with her Outside of school which is Not so uncommon at charter schools esp this very KNOWN One but Something told my spirit - it was a “grooming” attachment she wanted to place on my daughter and as lovely as the teacher was- I blocked the connection. Then 3yrs later my younger daughter is in her class (slightly darker complexion) and she DID NOT like my daughter; gave her hell in class! I just didn’t understand what was the fascination with one but NO LOVE for the other/ they are different but are very much alike too!! Idk- this video has me thinking OF ALL my interactions with these organizations and the ppl in them!

That was powerful!!! My husband was (and still is) an alpha psi alpha when we met. He is very proud to be in the organization and has been trying to get me to join the aka grad chapter for years. I’ve never read any of the oaths but the look on his face when he talks about this fraternity vs when he talks about God is eerie!!!

I remember right before I started college back in 2009, my mom sat me down and warned me against pledging in any sorority. She was never in it during her time in college, but her own roommate in college was one of the leaders within her school's sorority back in the day. My mom told me how she witnessed her roommate literally slap the taste out of another "line sister's" mouth for not folding her clothes properly and everything that goes on and how they treat you during the initiation process. I'm glad I took her seriously and stayed away from it. Now after seeing this video, I'm even more relieved I stayed away.

I finally felt accepted And LOVED by her!!!

After moving back home from college my work schedule did not allow me to attend meetings. Since moving to southern Florida I still haven't gotten involved with the chapter here. Your biological family comes first and then your community. Zeta is a service sorority. I am not active with Zeta, but I do sew dresses for charity. I view Zeta the same way I viewed being a 4-H member when I was younger; Paid my dues and did community work. But I will reach out to one of my sorority sister and discuss this matter with her. An atheist doesn't believe in God, therefore it would not matter to him or her. I am glad I pledged during my college years. Since I am not an active member I am STILL a ZETA and will ALWAYS be a ZETA until the day I DIE unless I find it is against God's will. Also, we did not haze!!! I remember years ago a woman on RUclips named Simone56 made an entire series about why she denounced the AKA sorority for Christ. I also noticed people who try to defend the groups would say “This is Christian based” but they fail to realize a lot of things are so called Christian based. Everything that you have stated is facts sister. This is truly a spiritual battle! I just graduated from an HBCU. Throughout my college years the frats, and soros approached me constantly. Certain things were put in place throughout my college years to make me join these secret societies. The sorority women tried to date me, only later to convince me to join the divine 9! The frat men approached me as well, and the things that they were telling me did not sit well with my soul. All of the things that these fraternities had to offer was already placed in me from The Lord! Even though there was a lot of hate, and lies placed on me throughout my campus. Ironically, the same men who pledged to get fame, connections, women, etc, told me that they looked up to me, and respected me! This was hard to believe at that moment in time because I received a lot of backlash during the 4 years as an undergrad. I later found out that it was not due to the way that I looked and dressed. It was the way that I carried myself! I did not comprise my faith, and morals to join a society that DECEIVED these young black people! THANK YOU LORD!

I participated in a Debutant program with AKA’s in high school and I really thought that that was apart of college I missed out on but thank God I didn’t. The debutant program didn’t really feel cool but it was such a big thing and those women who recommended it to my mom were from our church home at the time! Now that I’m older I clearly see that the world has infiltrated the church even more in these last days.

When I was in college I got denied by my desired group, everytime I asked questions about the group sometimes they would respond in a nasty way and be rude because it was a “secret”. Then a new organization came to me and I felt like they were the ONE ! I was so excited but God gave me a dream and I was making both sorority signs with my hands and through a black portal some green hands of different women came out and they all became ONE it was so creepy and when I got up the next day I seen “I denounced my letters” down my RUclips timeline 😳

I'm from the Caribbean culture. We're mostly Christian and Spiritual based in our beliefs and I have never understood how a Sorority or Fraternity that is bonded through sisterhood or brotherhood had to be based on Greek mythology. When someone's brain is lead by others then the body will follow.

I work for an organization that, on the outside, appears (and does) wonderful things for the community. The community at large holds the organization in high esteem. The inside is shrouded in darkness, from leadership on down. I noticed it when I was promoted five years ago. I’m not a part of a sorority but I feel the Holy Spirit telling me to leave my job. With no backup plan. Yikes!
Continue to commit to the Word of the Lord, have faith and He will provide a backup plan.

When I was in college back in the 70’s, I was awarded work study as a part of my financial aid package. My work study assignment was to assist the nurses at the campus hospital. I thought about joining a sorority until I witnessed some of those pledging getting sick, having breakdowns, etc. It was very frightening. That was all I needed to decide it was not for me.

I did not have the spiritual vocabulary in 1992 to articulate what I was going through, but looking back, I Thank God for some strong older sisters who confirmed and encouraged me to stand firm on God's word through my journey. Many people don't understand why they may feel grieved or awkward around this topic. I am grateful to the LORD for allowing me to come across your video. I didn't pledge to a sorority, but I have done things that would pledge me to other things in life. I was gang related in my high school years and after. GOD delivered me from death many times. I want GOD to reveal to me everything I need to denounce in my life. This is so great, I know the Lord was working in your life now. I went through the same thing when I was pledging kappa. I felt it automatically when I cross over, I felt this demonic spirit just came over me and I knew that I mess up. So I was so glad it was over I just over time just let it go. That was over 40 years ago and now I'm starting to see more and more of these videos. Again I'm so glad to see a sister of Christ coming out from that demonic stronghold. May the Most High God richly bless you.

Glad y’all listened to God! It is a great deception and many are blind to what they have pledged themselves to! Perfect stated, hidden in plain sight. Once your eyes are open you can’t unsee it. I think people fail to understand the gravity of pledging these organizations because they don’t understand that the spiritual realm is very much real. Pledging yourself to anything other then God has real consequences! When God told me whoever I pledged myself to wasn’t him, I ran out like the building was on fire!
It started way back I think in the early 1900s when Black were not allowed to join White fraternities and sororities. That's when the "Devine Nine" was created.
THIS IS GOOD! I PLEDGED THIS SAME ORGANIZATION OUT OF DISOBEDIENCE. MY THINKING IS THAT I JUST WANT TO HAVE A COLLEGE EXPERIENCE AND THAT I WAS GOING TO BRING CHRIST TO ALL INVOLVED. HOW DOES DARKNESS CAST OUT DARKNESS! LONG STORY SHORT I WENT OVER AND LITERALLY 3 WEEKS TO THE WEEK I WENT OVER I WAS GOING HOME FOR EASTER WEEKEND AND ALMOST LOST MY LIFE IN AN HEAD ON COLLISION ON GOOD FRIDAY! GOD HELD BACK DEATH FOR US. MY SISTER WAS PRONOUNCED DOA AND I WAS LIFE FLIGHTED TO A HOSPITAL THAT COULD DEAL WITH MY INJURIES. I SENT A LETTER TO HEADQUARTERS AND THEY SENT ME A NASTY LETTER AND I SENT ANOTHER THAT WAS NOTORIZED. I WENT BEFORE GOD AND REPENTED AND I RENOUNCED ALL WITCHCRAFT AND WENT THROUGH DELIVERANCE! I'M SO GLAD GOD FORGAVE ME AND HELD BACK DEATH FOR THE DISOBEDIENCE. YOU ALL ARE ON POINT! HE WILL HAVE NO OTHER GOD BEFORE HIM, THAT IS HIS WORD!!!!!!!

I’m so happy for you young ladies, I have always felt a particular way about the Secret Society organizations! I don’t ever remember feeling a desire to be a part of any of the organizations because I never liked things that separate people and I ain’t ever sacrificing myself to be a part of anything of this earth! I have a covent with God and that’s all I need!!
