‘INDIA coalition set to come to power’: RJD’s Tejashwi Yadav on polls, campaign and ECI

With a total of 40 seats, Bihar is one of the crucial Hindi heartland states in the Lok Sabha election. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar have emerged as a twin challenge from the BJP-led NDA front, while the INDIA bloc’s lone soldier is Tejashwi Yadav.
Yadav, an RJD leader and son of former CM Lalu Yadav, has so far held more than 70 rallies and public meetings in the state. Newslaundry traced his campaign trail across three rallies, where the energy ran high with loud cheers for the youth politician, in contrast with the saffron camp.
So will people’s enthusiasm translate into votes?
In an exclusive conversation with Newslaundry, Yadav spoke about the challenges facing the RJD, an unequal level playing field in the campaign, the election commission, EVMs and the INDIA alliance's Bihar strategy.

Muthu Koya who served as the CM of Kerala for 58 days organized a rally in support of Liaqat Ali Khan in the 1940's. Tejashwi saying "aapke gaaon me vikaas nahi hua to...", bruh ask your dad, Lalu didnt only not implement any development initiatives during his terms; he scared the existing businesses which led them to flee to different states. Lalu was in alliance with UPA-1 (not sure if he was in UPA-2), and he also failed on the same benchmarks that Tejashwi is referring to (special status, investment opportunities etc.)
