    Alex Belfield vs Nottingham Police.. Sorry to be a cynic but how did his rights work out when the system is so corrupt? His 280K YT followers would love to hear an independent expert examine the wrong doings of the Police, Are you up to the challenge? That video will surely go viral... Thank you.

    In the past I have been arrested without caution, thrown into a cell, and when I have asked for my phonecall or a solicitor I have been told I have no right to a solictor. Usually later the next day, I will be informed I was arrested under a mental health section and I have to be examined. Now when this has happened I have shown no signs of any mental illness, not played up or done anything to suggest mental illness. However this is a tactic the Police use against certain individuals like myself who have been sectioned before or have some injury causing issues like organic bi polar through brain damage and coma (6 weeks). I am a person who is now married to a Doctor, working hard legally and not involved in any criminal activities or associations with known criminals. Having stated that about my last twentys years, I was brought up in organized crime and was as a young man suspected and arrested for some extremely violent activities against over individuals involved in organized crime (I never harmed, intimidated or was violent towards any normal citizen). As a youth I had no fear or respect for anyone in Uniform and that was displayed to any copper who showed any form of attitude to me. Any copper who was polite and professional I was an absolute gentleman to. So in the past I was known as unpredictable and dangerous. Then I ended up in hospital in france with brain bleed and and a coma for 6 weeks. I know only of my past because of what I am told, I have no memory before the coma and my parents say that the son they know before my accident is not the son they have now. My personality completely changed. The Police however do not forget and a few years ago would keep arresting me on the basis that I had organic bipolar, even though I believe I never was displaying such when they choose to bang me up. So when it comes to what the Police can do to you, well it is anything they want, as they are just as bad as the underworld for abuse of your rights. I had to leave the area this kept happening as the mental health people including doctors were happy to lock me up. However I was treated very badly in the mental health system, until I called in some old friends of my uncle. They came to visit all 8 of them, absolute giants with gold over their large hands, with faces all broken up from many a battle and very serious look about them. After that visit the Manager of the ward, said that even though I was sectioned, if ever I wanted to leave, I only had to ask her, and she would make sure the front double doors were open and give me a hour head start before calling the police (the staff were terrified). I told her I will use legal means to get out, not violence. After that they treated me with respect. In the end some doctors came to my aid, and a legal team fought the police and those doctors who played ball with the police and I was allowed to go home. Since I have been away from that area I have had a wondful 11 years of peace, people view me as a nice helpful chap who would not a fly. From what I have learned about my criminal violent past I accept I deserved all that (karma). But even so, if the Police have got it in for you, then they will break every rule in the book to lock you up. Shit happens I now refuse to talk to any Doctor about any mental health issue. I have not for years taken any medication for my Organic Bi Polar, and regulate it with a fish diet (Worked out by my wife as I stated a Doctor). The majority of people in business I work in have no clue I have Organic Bi Polar and just view me as an energetic 20 year old going 60 lol I tried on more than one occassion to make formal complaints against the illegal activities the Police acted on with me and to no avail as the complaints system is full of retired coppers who protect the Police. Total Scam When you try to get evidence from the police, the documents funny enough disappear. Same with the mental health records for particular instances of abuse by the male nurses, certain pages disappear. I am sure I am not alone with all this treatment. I deserved it to a large extent (karma) but I am sure many of you did not.

    The right to remain silent is mostly meaningless, whether it is/was appropriate for you to remain silent will be subjectively judged by the court but it is not a criminal offense in itself to remain silent.

    What happened to do you understand ) and I reply NO. as I stand under common Law, and do not consent to be governed by Acts and Statutes , what would happen then.

    • @ianwhitlock1123
      @ianwhitlock1123 2 года назад

      You don't get to choose to be governed, it's a hugely common misunderstanding. The "policing by consent" aspect is NOT a personal choice. It is a choice by the population as a whole. If we could all say, "well I don't consent" there would be absolutely anarchy. How would you feel if your house was broken into or an elderly relative badly assaulted, to find that the offender was let off because theu "didn't consent" to the laws of the land?

    This video doesn't touch on the use of force. Can the use of force be used on a basic arrest caution as you note, a constable doesn't need to give an accuser. It can happen months or even a year down the road from an alleged accusation, so perhaps summary offences or a little higher, but within that area. And the use of force can be restraints used but given a false reason for using them, when they weren't justified as there was no danger. So a lie is told as to why retraints are used, but the reason was different on paper. I would imagine that is assault, whether resisting is practical or a good idea is another question, even perhaps imprisoning an arm of the state in a property to why the events have occurred the way they have.

    In practice, you have no rights. That's why they do whatever they want. Theres no consequence for them.
    What do you do when they falsify statements and file bogus charges against you? And then your bent solicitor changes your plea to the court, behind your back? What should i do? What are we supposed to against police/solicitor corruption? Who can we go to? There's no one.

      @@Steves_fish why would i? DB endorses inferior & corrupt statutory law (political diktats) rather than superior inalienable freedoms, constitutional law & common law. He is provably there for employers (invariably corrupt evil corporations) more than decent slave employees.
