You made it very clear. I have no idea how I might carry that information in my head, and be able to recall it at the exact right time (most likely under pressure) but maybe I'll be allowed access to my youtube lawyer when in police custody :)
You missed out probably the commonest reason for a vehicle search, the old "I can smell weed in your car" excuse. I have had this even when having no cannabis in the car and while not even smoking it recently. I once was stopped by an officer who thought I had been picking magic mushrooms (I hadn't, he had just noticed me in a field where other mushroom hunters were active) and when I asked why he had stopped me he just walked around the car until he found something amiss and said "Because you have a chip in your windscreen", which I had but he could not possibly have seen it while driving behind me! He then proceeded to search my vehicle but obviously it was 'shroomless...
Or they can just put you in front of a friendly magistrate, like what happened to that guy convicted of possessing that most dangerous of offensive weapons, a child's plastic 'police' batton. Apparently having good reason for it to be in the vehicle didn't count either.
@ldn1929 Thats the truth init? Rules are there for the Pigs to break, Laws are there to prosecute us. The only way to prevent the Pigs searching you car is not to let them see it 😮😮🤔🤔😵💫😵💫😎😎

So the Police just operate on their "reasonable" beliefs, and what is reasonable they get to define.
That question would be defined by a judge or jury

I wonder which type of courier will have this saved for reference.
Laws should be more than a sentence long.
5 minutes through: They will find a reason, whatever.
Translation: They can stop and search any time they want to without reason. There’s nothing u can do to stop them .

Can you do a video on right on damage to a car without proof who did it. What are your rights
Morning
Good morning Janette
Clear as mud - so nothing can stop them then ? Any lame excuse.
You could have said that in 20 seconds and saved us watching the other 7 minutes.
@palemale2501 Just like the Black belt Barrister why say in 20 seconds that which can be stretched to 20 minutes or whatever!
