A girl blocked me once, i asked her the reason, she didn't say. I respected her decision and moved on. 3 weeks later she calls me from her friend's number, apologies, starts talking to me everyday for a week, flirts with me as well. Then blocks me. Then i ask that friend whose number was used to call me. He said that she believes that im harrassing her.

It becomes very hard for victim to establish that he/shes being stalked or harrassed since these days stalkers use psychological attacks. They use strategies that are seen as paranoid & delusional by police. While it is also true that victim tends to get paranoid and hyper alert... Security agencies should really work out plan to counter psychological aspect of such attacks.
Also it can be very nuanced being online and when you're not in the same state. I unfriended a person who was dating a family member, I personally found her to be speaking without any empathy and was showing very off-putting behaviors early on before we even really got to know each other or anything got too bad, but she would kind of manipulate things to be negative even if it wasn't, she was consistently isolating said family member so finally I got the courage to delete her off my FB. Unfriending her was my first boundary, but then she went searching for all my profiles else where- she would stalk/harass and bait me into responding to "prove" how she felt about me and although at first I didn't take it as serious because I was 20 and I didn't understand what being stalked and harassed was because I just viewed her as a bully/mean girl that was online, so I did try to rush to my own defense and all it did was create a psychological attack on my own already low self-esteem. They are good at knowing your weaknesses and using them against you, especially if you're a people pleaser or grew up with that dynamic. It definitely made me paranoid with who is safe to share my life with, but I feel at a good place to where I finally was able to ask for help to help manage the triggers better but I no longer take responsibly for her projections she placed on that were not correct. The discernment between what is real and what someone's projections are very different and life changing when you can finally have a say in rejecting & excluding yourself from their narrative and I agree with @aishalipham2855 where you are seen as the perpetrator, because me going through that with the hyper awareness to want control to "understood" & "liked" as a people pleaser made her think she was the victim. My only regret was allowing no response to be my response.

Mate i was falsly accused of rape and cps saw my phone records and determined she was lieing so got a no further action. I have since moved from my town as people are abusing me with the narrative that she is telling ppl im a rapist....so at one point i drove to her house to tell her to stop and 2 days later the same officer arrested me saying im stalking her...again im waiting for cps to determine how im goba be charged...its so not fair

both stalked and harassed...not just physically but online as well...every social media I have ever had, apps etc, which includes popular platforms and buy and sell etc, to which I have received "death threats" and "sexual misconduct" and other disgusting things... and one of the three people doing this, literally is walking by my house this day/hour, and has been very regularly for a long time, gawking at my house and property, while trying to down play it, but because it is so obvious, it makes it all the more cringier....and just this early morning, at the time I am typing this...@ 1:40 am ...just constantly checking out my property and bothering me! Even walked the perimeter of my property, while I literally tried to avoid him coming up the street on Friday. Went up my own driveway, and he then went on the property next to mine, right along the boundary of my property, and waved at me! Like what the hell is going on??? I just about puked! I said out loud, I am not interested, stop the obsession...and again, this morning...I have not slept yet. Because he tends to do this behaviour at night in the wee hours of the night, makes it all the more cringy. I have also had dead animals placed on my property, spray-painted "tags", and various other items found on my property that came from sick, sick, sick individuals. The Police know about some of this stuff. Quite frankly, I am getting tired this behaviour. I did not ask for any of this behaviour and it needs to stop!

I am being stalked, harassed, intimidated and spied/ilIegally surveillanced, phone hacked for the last 3 months, Staffordshire police refuse to investigate or take any action against the perpetrators. Instead they are trying to claim that I'm lying or making it up. Whoever is responsible has done all the above previously and knows how the system works as each time the police arrive the perpetrators seems to disappear into thin air. I need support and any type of advice would be much appreciated. I have video evidence, photos of the perpetrators which the police have not seen yet.

Hello I know this will be allot but it’s the best advice I have! Get a really good HD cameras WITH REALLY GOOD NIGHT VISION VIDEO! make sure you cover as much of the outside of the house as possible and get a really good In house unit as well! You can start with getting one at a time if you can’t do more…most of these can be run from an app on your phone so make sure your phone is with you and charge and have a plan ie somewhere in your home to hid if god forbid some one gets in and a emergency contact I know this seems like a lot but doing this saved my life!!! Ps make sure out side cameras are as difficult to tamper with as possible and as well hidden as possible so the stalker doesn’t notice them easily same with room to room detection devices!… I had to move in the end as even tho they caught him and I had enough to put him away for awhile I still felt I had to leave I made it as hard to follow me as possible ie tell only the closest most trusted family and I moved while he was in jail so he couldn’t see me moving so far all the efforts have paid off!! Hello from NYC, i can tell that your story is very real and disappointing to see the society and government we live in. I may not be in your position but if I were, If possible, I would leave the situation as quickly as possible. Go ghost with no phone if its to that extent where you feel that you are no longer safe in your community and the police arent helping out.

Having been stalked and harassed both in the community and on line by both people i know and dont know it has been a rather difficult to deal with it, isolating my self from everyone was a difficult decision but worth the time it gave me to figure out who some of them were. I weighed what was done to me according to state and federal laws and found according to that it was unproscuteable and live with it as best i can. The threats of harm to me and others i know have been shown to be just hateful talk so far (I hope it stays that way) but we deal with what we have to. Still accepting the fact that its not whats said its what you do after that makes the criminal intent proscutable. I chose not to be baited into messing myself up over it. However, since i have been exposed to all that unwarranted hate and harrassment i may never trust the community i live in no matter where it is i chose to go, again. Turning on people that had no problem with you seems the type of mentality that breeds the hate everyone seems to love now. I have nothing but sypathy for those who go through this kind of situation and nothing but distain for those who do this to people. in truth and some will say im wrong for it, that I hope when it happens to those who do it to others you never ever forget or get over it. Remember its not what you say its what you do after that matters.

The neighbors yelled and we heard it for 13 years...we didn't called the police because of the noises... and if we started to yell too, they called the police, after my divorce. Why? Because they think I'm all alone and helpless? The neighbors also talked and talk bad about me/our family. I went to college...I studied...so I'm not stupid. I'm an intelligent and talented person. Don't know why some people hate me... I did good deeds everyday, as much as possible. Since my baby was little, the neighbors told us to leave the block or neighborhood, I wasn't allowed to stay on bench near the block... they hit my kid and chased us away. Recently someone from Social Asistance said I'm crazy. I dislike to be called names...just like anybody else. It's my own home, I can keep pets if I want to. Or If I have many things, it's my clothes... so I have the right to have clothes. I donated a part of them, but can't donate all. I also want to donate the pets, but it was so hard to raise them... it hurts my heart to donate them it's like getting rid of them... can't get rid of what I love most. I have put the appartment on sale for 6 months...hope to sell it fast, cuz I can't take it anymore...noises up from the ceilling and noises at the left wall...and the evil neighbors say it's only my/our fault. We had fridge, but my ex-husband threw it away... we had a new washing machine, he got angry and threw it away. So the Social Asistance thought it's again my fault...but I didn't throw whem away. I found an AirTag on my truck yesterday that my tenant whom I'm evicting for assault put on there. I called the State Police and sleeping in my truck because I already moved out of the adjacent apartment because she had a psychotic break 3 weeks ago and has been ranting at no one there have been cops over not exaggerating over a two dozen times in 40 days. I got an ASBO warning for daring to communicate with my neighbours who are refusing to cooperate over a problem with the deeds preventing us from selling our house. I now know to ask the police if I've broken the law and, if I haven't, which I hadn't, ask them to leave. They must go immediately. Do not sign their crappy bit if paper and do not let them read it to you. Just ask if you've broken the law and, if not, ask them to leave. I've told them never to come on my property again unless its with a warrant for my arrest.
A woman in my neighborhood accused me of sexual harassment while minding my own business shopping for groceries. When I told her she was crazy and to back the hell off, she yelled to the staff and pointed me out.. I shrugged it off. If she really believed it, why didn't she call police right then? Subsequently I made it clear to her that she better stay the hell away from me. next thing I know, I see her on the street stalking me with a camera.. she did this for weeks and stalked me to my address and told her slanderous lies to my superintendent, who has a big mouth and of course gossiped to tenants. I spoke to police to press charges, but they were of no help. More recently the police showed up at my door on a Sunday afternoon because this woman said I yelled at her in the street, which wasn't true, and hardly justification for knocking on my door on a Sunday afternoon. When they suggested I get a restraining order, I said that sounds great, but how do you suggest I do that without knowing this crazy woman's name or address?
I have been victim of stalking since 2010, and earlier. Now stalking me has moved by criminals to being stalked by my own brothers, and some relatives, and neighbours. It is taking the forms of phoney calls, defamation, consistantly refusing job offer applications, harassments, and requesting to show my daily work scheduals. Council have made me call police on landlord who thinks it's ok to repeatedly enter a lone woman's home n rifle through my things when I'm out, spy on me go through my bins n tell the neighbours about what's in my home/bins, listening at the window to me in bedroom with a partner, following me Around walking past my door at night, turning up at my doorstep I don't feel safe here, he lives above with his wife and also slams around aggressively above me. Omg, Are you ok now this is the exact thing that's happening to me. He's gone as far as having my bins checked, it's beyond obsessive. I was doing webcam work, he'd sit in the free chat just stalking me. I tried Geo-blocking and he used a VPN to re-enter the chat. I'd cover and mute my cam and he'd still persist whilst everyone else would leave. When I'd close the came he'd sit in the chatroom all night, and all day too if I left the tab open. I switched to 3 other websites and he found me on those too. I started using a webcam site that didn't use the free chat mode, he then shared my profile with all the locals and spread I talked to P£ADOS, even the neighbour started to bully me who had known me for years. The guy opposite would throw stuff at my windows whenever I'd be in a webcam session. If I'd walk to the supermarket men would stop their cars and shout something then drive off, shop owners standing in the doorway looking at me, and locals coming out of their houses staring at me, as if I'm a caged animal on display. If I were out in my car, I'd have strange men park up behind me flickering their headlights. It was all too strange prompting me to stop camming.

I you are feeling nervous, your stomach closed, afraid to go out and afraid to stay in, feeling your conversattions are being recorded or listened..feel weird energy around you..and mainly if you been victim of some crime and you dealt with a sick perpetrator,or ex or exfriend even... You are most likely to know were the stalking came from. It will make you sick...you will end feeling the impact in all your body. Try to go out from there.

Have a new next-door neighbor that is doing malicious harassment, and damage to property. Police have been called but don’t seem to want to do anything. I have these actions on a camera and it’s numerous transactions.
My boyfriend's neighbor is a kindly mid-70ish lady who will text him to tell him that she saw him in his garden or seeing him somewhere in his yard. My front door neighbors will tell me that they saw me in my yard doing certain things. I find that creepy but not quite stalking.
Make a daily journal, time, day, people present, the offender, the words said, etc. Again make a daily journal, also send a letter to the HR reporting about the issue, regardless if they take actions or not. And keep the journal, until one day solution is accomplished either by the HR, or by other sources. Remember when employee does something wrong, the employer documents, THEREFORE, employee should also document when something goes wrong. It's 2 ways street.
Yes, they can and they will. When I reported a stalking to my employer the stalker was removed. However the people I reported the stalking to were even worse than the stalker. Totally corrupt criminals who have ever since that happened threatened and stalked me. They know a lot of people who just walk by me and trash my character, who threaten me on the road, who make up vile stories about me. The works. My neighbour has invaded my privacy at home . I have been insulted about my gender also religion . He has threatened to get me fired from my employer due to knowing a few management from the company I work for . This has escalated because I told him to leave me alone or I will report to the local authorities at my family home.
My husband and I are house/pet sitting for an old co worker. Since moving in people have been sent over every other week. Our car was vandalized, the daughter that lives out of state is having the neighbor in front watch us and has sent her cameras to place on the house so the daughter could watch us. The neighbor has made statements lying saying we were having a yard sale selling her mother's items and it has been a nightmare ever since we realized that her mother was trying to use us as a cash cow. Her mother is incarcerated and needed someone to stay in her house and care for her animals and pay the current utilities plus 900 in back utilities. In one month her mother sucked almost 1500.00 out of us, the daughter and a mutual friend. Once we realized that clearly she must be using in jail and we're not going to be taken advantage of because I could have charged her for house/pet sitting for a year that is when the harassment started. Do we have a case?
I use to get followed by cars and drones until I came across I am overwhelmed with the job of *anthony_support0* they're too good and helpful, they helped me end the program. turns out to be my savior.!!!
If the court version is different to the commonly understood meaning it’s a) unusual and possibly designed to confuse people and b) impossible to expect anyone who doesn’t work with the Act to know about it . Just because someone complained they feel harassed does not mean they are being. It’s simply a woke, unfair and subjective law which is impossible to administer fairly.
What is sad us that they don't teach police about the law. They should be required to know the laws in their state. A lot of tines they just don't want to do paperwork because they know they'll have to be in court on the court date and they are too lazy to do that. So people can keep going around hurting others until someone gets injured or killed because, they don't know the laws in their state and they don't want to go to court if this person or people are arrested.
I am currently being stalked. These stalkers have followed followed me from Riverside to Palm Springs. The places that I visit, Including friends & acquaintenances, and they are always harassing me using some type of frequency generator.

It's deeply inadequate for victims and even for suspects. See how A can set out to harass B, and B can feel harassed, but it can be decided that they are not reasonable and there is no crime. But conversely, C can have no intent to harass D, and D can not mind at all, but C is still going to prison if the magistrate deems their actions to be illegal. And if E thinks to themselves "Hmm, I'm thinking about Googling my ex, is that legal?" or "I'm thinking about phoning my ex 24/7 every one minute, is that legal?" the law won't tell them. That's not true for most acts that can get you put in prison or subject to an unlimited fine. Normally, the law is at least somewhat clear about what it is prohibiting.
I'm being harassed by a local delivery driver, he has exposed himself fo me twice, he told rhe poilce he was caught short. He then started to park opposite my front door and take his break, ignoring the 90% of the rest of the car park. He will make at least 3 attempts to pass my garden unnecessary, despite complaints ro his employer and the poilce im still dealing with it 2 years later.

For example, if my ex made an allegation of stalking, which was NFA’d and she didn’t agree, she then reports me again and the same thing. So phones contact all sorts of contact programs, computers don't. So if somebody has evidence, but there is no evidence to prove or disprove, this is the problem with inquiries and the law. A girl blocked me once, i asked her the reason, she didn't say. I respected her decision and moved on. 3 weeks later she calls me from her friend's number, apologies, starts talking to me everyday for a week, flirts with me as well. Then blocks me. Then i ask that friend whose number was used to call me. He said that she believes that im harrassing her.
Surely a prison sentence for stalking should at least be double the amount of time that the person had to endure it?

While it is also true that victim tends to get paranoid and hyper alert...

Also it can be very nuanced being online and when you're not in the same state. I unfriended a person who was dating a family member, I personally found her to be speaking without any empathy and was showing very off-putting behaviors early on before we even really got to know each other or anything got too bad, but she would kind of manipulate things to be negative even if it wasn't, she was consistently isolating said family member so finally I got the courage to delete her off my FB. Unfriending her was my first boundary, but then she went searching for all my profiles else where- she would stalk/harass and bait me into responding to "prove" how she felt about me and although at first I didn't take it as serious because I was 20 and I didn't understand what being stalked and harassed was because I just viewed her as a bully/mean girl that was online, so I did try to rush to my own defense and all it did was create a psychological attack on my own already low self-esteem. They are good at knowing your weaknesses and using them against you, especially if you're a people pleaser or grew up with that dynamic. It definitely made me paranoid with who is safe to share my life with, but I feel at a good place to where I finally was able to ask for help to help manage the triggers better but I no longer take responsibly for her projections she placed on that were not correct.
The discernment between what is real and what someone's projections are very different and life changing when you can finally have a say in rejecting & excluding yourself from their narrative and I agree with @aishalipham2855 where you are seen as the perpetrator, because me going through that with the hyper awareness to want control to "understood" & "liked" as a people pleaser made her think she was the victim. My only regret was allowing no response to be my response.

and one of the three people doing this, literally is walking by my house this day/hour, and has been very regularly for a long time, gawking at my house and property, while trying to down play it, but because it is so obvious, it makes it all the more cringier....and just this early morning, at the time I am typing this...@ 1:40 am ...just constantly checking out my property and bothering me! Even walked the perimeter of my property, while I literally tried to avoid him coming up the street on Friday. Went up my own driveway, and he then went on the property next to mine, right along the boundary of my property, and waved at me! Like what the hell is going on??? I just about puked! I said out loud, I am not interested, stop the obsession...and again, this morning...I have not slept yet. Because he tends to do this behaviour at night in the wee hours of the night, makes it all the more cringy.
I have also had dead animals placed on my property, spray-painted "tags", and various other items found on my property that came from sick, sick, sick individuals. The Police know about some of this stuff.

Ive been harassed at the swimming pool and followed by a stalker after class. Mental illness is real!
They are dangerous people, and their own lives are not what they want it to be. I am being stalked, harassed, intimidated and spied/ilIegally surveillanced, phone hacked for the last 3 months, Staffordshire police refuse to investigate or take any action against the perpetrators. Instead they are trying to claim that I'm lying or making it up. Whoever is responsible has done all the above previously and knows how the system works as each time the police arrive the perpetrators seems to disappear into thin air. I need support and any type of advice would be much appreciated. I have video evidence, photos of the perpetrators which the police have not seen yet.

Hello I know this will be allot but it’s the best advice I have! Get a really good HD cameras WITH REALLY GOOD NIGHT VISION VIDEO! make sure you cover as much of the outside of the house as possible and get a really good In house unit as well! You can start with getting one at a time if you can’t do more…most of these can be run from an app on your phone so make sure your phone is with you and charge and have a plan ie somewhere in your home to hid if god forbid some one gets in and a emergency contact I know this seems like a lot but doing this saved my life!!! Ps make sure out side cameras are as difficult to tamper with as possible and as well hidden as possible so the stalker doesn’t notice them easily same with room to room detection devices!… I had to move in the end as even tho they caught him and I had enough to put him away for awhile I still felt I had to leave I made it as hard to follow me as possible ie tell only the closest most trusted family and I moved while he was in jail so he couldn’t see me moving so far all the efforts have paid off!! Hello from NYC, i can tell that your story is very real and disappointing to see the society and government we live in. I may not be in your position but if I were, If possible, I would leave the situation as quickly as possible. Go ghost with no phone if its to that extent where you feel that you are no longer safe in your community and the police arent helping out.

How to prove ongoing electronic harrassments from former employer started during the employment? They wouldn't leave me alone even after i quit!
Having been stalked and harassed both in the community and on line by both people i know and dont know it has been a rather difficult to deal with it, isolating my self from everyone was a difficult decision but worth the time it gave me to figure out who some of them were.
I weighed what was done to me according to state and federal laws and found according to that it was unproscuteable and live with it as best i can.
The threats of harm to me and others i know have been shown to be just hateful talk so far (I hope it stays that way) but we deal with what we have to.
Still accepting the fact that its not whats said its what you do after that makes the criminal intent proscutable.
I chose not to be baited into messing myself up over it.
However, since i have been exposed to all that unwarranted hate and harrassment i may never trust the community i live in no matter where it is i chose to go, again.
Turning on people that had no problem with you seems the type of mentality that breeds the hate everyone seems to love now.
I have nothing but sypathy for those who go through this kind of situation and nothing but distain for those who do this to people.

The people that fought for our freedom & the people that fight to come to America, & anyone that has started with nothing & worked there ass off to achieve something to better themselves & there loved ones & to be treated so badly it has given me severe heart pains. Anywhere I try to go live they call ahead to the town before I even get there. People in power have to many rights over there own community citizens, there own neighbors. The neighbors yelled and we heard it for 13 years...we didn't called the police because of the noises...
and if we started to yell too, they called the police, after my divorce. Why? Because they think I'm all alone and helpless? The neighbors also talked and talk bad about me/our family.

The idea that this law passed in 1997 was meant to cover the use of "follow" features on social media that would not exist until decades after the law is passed is patently absurd.
In the UK, dictionaries all agree that "harass" is a synonym for "annoy", going to prison 6 months for annoying someone is obviously unjust, this law should be repealed. Annoying is not intimidation, it's not tormenting, it's merely annoying.

I got an ASBO warning for daring to communicate with my neighbours who are refusing to cooperate over a problem with the deeds preventing us from selling our house. I now know to ask the police if I've broken the law and, if I haven't, which I hadn't, ask them to leave. They must go immediately. Do not sign their crappy bit if paper and do not let them read it to you. Just ask if you've broken the law and, if not, ask them to leave. I've told them never to come on my property again unless its with a warrant for my arrest.
A woman in my neighborhood accused me of sexual harassment while minding my own business shopping for groceries. When I told her she was crazy and to back the hell off, she yelled to the staff and pointed me out..
I shrugged it off. If she really believed it, why didn't she call police right then? I have been victim of stalking since 2010, and earlier. Now stalking me has moved by criminals to being stalked by my own brothers, and some relatives, and neighbours. It is taking the forms of phoney calls, defamation, consistantly refusing job offer applications, harassments, and requesting to show my daily work scheduals.

Omg, Are you ok now this is the exact thing that's happening to me. He's gone as far as having my bins checked, it's beyond obsessive. I was doing webcam work, he'd sit in the free chat just stalking me. I tried Geo-blocking and he used a VPN to re-enter the chat. I'd cover and mute my cam and he'd still persist whilst everyone else would leave. When I'd close the came he'd sit in the chatroom all night, and all day too if I left the tab open. I switched to 3 other websites and he found me on those too. I started using a webcam site that didn't use the free chat mode, he then shared my profile with all the locals and spread I talked to P£ADOS, even the neighbour started to bully me who had known me for years. The guy opposite would throw stuff at my windows whenever I'd be in a webcam session. If I'd walk to the supermarket men would stop their cars and shout something then drive off, shop owners standing in the doorway looking at me, and locals coming out of their houses staring at me, as if I'm a caged animal on display. If I were out in my car, I'd have strange men park up behind me flickering their headlights. It was all too strange prompting me to stop camming.

Have a new next-door neighbor that is doing malicious harassment, and damage to property. Police have been called but don’t seem to want to do anything. I have these actions on a camera and it’s numerous transactions.
My boyfriend's neighbor is a kindly mid-70ish lady who will text him to tell him that she saw him in his garden or seeing him somewhere in his yard. My front door neighbors will tell me that they saw me in my yard doing certain things. I find that creepy but not quite stalking.

Make a daily journal, time, day, people present, the offender, the words said, etc. Again make a daily journal, also send a letter to the HR reporting about the issue, regardless if they take actions or not. And keep the journal, until one day solution is accomplished either by the HR, or by other sources. Remember when employee does something wrong, the employer documents, THEREFORE, employee should also document when something goes wrong. It's 2 ways street.
Yes, they can and they will. When I reported a stalking to my employer the stalker was removed. However the people I reported the stalking to were even worse than the stalker. Totally corrupt criminals who have ever since that happened threatened and stalked me. They know a lot of people who just walk by me and trash my character, who threaten me on the road, who make up vile stories about me. The works. My husband and I are house/pet sitting for an old co worker. Since moving in people have been sent over every other week. Our car was vandalized, the daughter that lives out of state is having the neighbor in front watch us and has sent her cameras to place on the house so the daughter could watch us. The neighbor has made statements lying saying we were having a yard sale selling her mother's items and it has been a nightmare ever since we realized that her mother was trying to use us as a cash cow. Her mother is incarcerated and needed someone to stay in her house and care for her animals and pay the current utilities plus 900 in back utilities. In one month her mother sucked almost 1500.00 out of us, the daughter and a mutual friend. Once we realized that clearly she must be using in jail and we're not going to be taken advantage of because I could have charged her for house/pet sitting for a year that is when the harassment started. Do we have a case?

If the court version is different to the commonly understood meaning it’s a) unusual and possibly designed to confuse people and b) impossible to expect anyone who doesn’t work with the Act to know about it . Just because someone complained they feel harassed does not mean they are being.

@@shanehester5317 That's about what the law says. Harassment is illegal... OK, how is it defined? Whatever the magistrate thinks counts, no further information offered or provided. It's deeply inadequate for victims and even for suspects.
See how A can set out to harass B, and B can feel harassed, but it can be decided that they are not reasonable and there is no crime. But conversely, C can have no intent to harass D, and D can not mind at all, but C is still going to prison if the magistrate deems their actions to be illegal.
And if E thinks to themselves "Hmm, I'm thinking about Googling my ex, is that legal?" or "I'm thinking about phoning my ex 24/7 every one minute, is that legal?" the law won't tell them.
That's not true for most acts that can get you put in prison or subject to an unlimited fine. Normally, the law is at least somewhat clear about what it is prohibiting.
I'm being harassed by a local delivery driver, he has exposed himself fo me twice, he told rhe poilce he was caught short. He then started to park opposite my front door and take his break, ignoring the 90% of the rest of the car park. He will make at least 3 attempts to pass my garden unnecessary, despite complaints ro his employer and the poilce im still dealing with it 2 years later.

For example, if my ex made an allegation of stalking, which was NFA’d and she didn’t agree, she then reports me again and the same thing. I live in a small town and dated a ‘nice guy’ for 4-1/2 months. I broke it off due to his controlling behaviors almost 5 years ago and since then he stalks the people around me. He’s sits alone in his truck outside a poplar store waiting to see people close to me entering so he can approach them to ‘discuss’ me, asking questions that are none of his business. Is this stalking because it certainly feels violating and creeps my family and friends out?
