Just got Manta on PC today, to get it to work you just input as one long string and it should come out. I'm having trouble doing flooded correctly each time but it definitely works if you can cleanly input the string.
If you mean the special cancel (~) then you just put the second part in as soon as you can. It can be hard though, for example I can't get the special cancel to work from D2~DB2.

Scorpio 1025 trait scales his damage by a lot but you can prob find other videos with it used.

Johnny Boy most of the optimal stuff (on the ground) starts with standing 3 into MB db2, which is listed here but not shown.
Scorpio 1025 some of it isn't optimal. You can do B3, J3, B11, B11U3, DB3
u shouldnt start combos with d2 since i think mantas is unsafe and d2 on every character has the worst dmg scaling in the game

Darkon I think BM suffers from Supergirl syndrome. An anti-zoner, whose fairly well rounded and reduced damage to balance him out
Scorpio 1025 it's not that really using his flight his combos can be execution heavy for such little reward, his scaling is just off
Darkon nah he is just doing low damage combos I think...450 is easily doable with one bar.
Keep in mind that this is in competitive mode vs Superman (takes least amt of dmg) and there is no use of interactbles
