Hey Mapal, I've leveled up my AE game thanks to you. I pick up so many little things from your videos that help me a lot. It would be amazing if you can make a tutorial on the animation artstyle of the Johnny Harris video "Why the Swiss love their guns". The animations are absolutely beautiful on that video. Especially the scenes around the 10:13 , 13:23 and the 15:00 mark. The lighting, shadows, composition, camera movement and focus, and the transition flow are so elegant.
I try to be very strict on allowing myself some down time. Just sit on the couch and watch some TV or play some games. Otherwise it's easy to feel guilty about doing things that are important. Keeping track of all I have to do in a given week helps out too. That way I can make sure I'm productive in the hours where I know I'm supposed to work. Procrastination also usually stems from the thought of doing said task being overwhelming. Sometimes we will procrastinate because the task feels overwhelming but the longer you don't do it the more it takes up your thoughts. Getting it out the way quicker let's you actually relax.
