Gouken is such a weird character, he has insane damage output for 1 bar, but is still considered a bad character because he has no confirms from light attacks

It may not often be practicable, but Gouken can confirm from light attacks. For instance: far stand light kick, ex tatsu, fadc forward ultra 1
