I could be wrong, but I wonder if it’s really fans who call him a sellout. I think it’s mostly haters who will say anything negative about him, but if it is fans, that’s really sad. I agree with you. People should embrace hard work and the rewards that come from that and celebrate him being able to spend his $$ any way he wants.

I admire this young entrepreneur. I'm 67 years old but I can appreciate any younger person who puts in the hard work for what they believe in. He identifies with hard work equals rewards. As an older adult, the "rap" genre isn't my favorite but I feel Mr Tom has bridged the gap between the profound message and the youth of today's music. Mr Tom's music transcends young & old, merging them with a common truth. He has his finger on the pulse of a deteriorating society & proclaims the knowledge with his words. May he never feel too big or too important he forgets who he is & how hard it was to get there.

It's an old wives tale...I used to think that too. Dogs get worms, giardia, coccidia, etc. My hubby got giardia from letting a puppy lick his face once. No thank you. 😆

He even wears plain white tshirts while on tv with conservative talk shows or whatever. His family gets so much help from him because he can and they all help him as well. You are so right about turning our kids onto great music. I took my 15 year old daughter to see Metallica and Godsmack and she knew all the Metallica lyrics and stood with me singing the whole concert. It was so cool to see my girl throwing her fist up yelling ' Die die die' during 'Creeping Death ' one of my favorite concerts all because we shared that night.

I was listening to an interview with him, he said he was so poor for so long that his concept of money is screwed. The wanted a trailer to be able to carry gear to sites for videos he called his accountant to make sure he would be ok if the bought it. Total cost was $4000. That stuck with me.

I watch every single Live he has done and not once did I ever see Tom wearing designer clothing. He's always wearing either a $2 white holey t-shirt he bought at Goodwill or his own merch. You're absolutely right about everything you said there. However , when it comes to core values and people changing them, I really have to question whether or not they have been changed at all. I think the people who have changed a lot didn't really change, there was always that level of selfishness in them and those values that they held before were not true. Belief, faith, and values are being strongly tested recently, and unfortunately most people are failing that test miserably. It is really good to see people like Tom, Samson, and Struggle Jennings standing strong to their values. I believe that if a man does not stand strongly to his values, he has none. My faith and values were tested, even knowing that it was going to damage my career and finances, I stood firm against my stupid feminazi boss. Of course, I was fired. She even tried to spread it to other schools. Luckily, when they found out that it was fired for being a Christian, I suddenly received a lot of support from the other schools.
Good point! It depends on the person. And I'm so glad that you got support. We need to "cancel" these so called teachers. I know a lot of people who are outraged about certain aspects of the school system, but their kids are still enrolled and the same administrators are in power.

The first is emo rock and the second "The Drug in Me Is Reimagined" has the same lyrics, but is completely different. You should check them out. I don't know that you'd like the emo rock version, but the Reimagined version just might make you cry. There are more, such as "Popular Monster" which is loud and rather disturbing (I loved it though) and "Voices in My Head"which is self-explanatory. If you see this one, pay attention to how the beat the action scenes coordinate. Also, keep your e ya es out for the Easter eggs in this song. 1. The cellphone 2.
