I remember a long time ago on Twitch you made a university on this lot before we got the university pack. I watched in real time and was BLOWN AWAY. The walkways were my favorite part of that build. I really enjoyed how you mapped everything out. I'm so excited to finally be on this lot again.
Hey Aden. I'm one of your OGs at your channel. This was one of the let's build episodes I enjoyed the most in a while, since there was zero to none off of camera building time. I know it's more difficult for you since you have to trust the process more but it truly made me feel as if I were building with you from scratch. And I missed that. Specially with the first episode of a build. So thank you so much for trusting the vision and making a great start of the park. It already looks awesome👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
i spent the last week and a half watching the entire san myshuno playlist and i’m FINALLY caught up 😭 but it’s been so much fun to watch the world take shape!! so excited to see how this lot turns out!!
I really don‘t do comments that often, but i really need to express how much i love your ideas and creativity (libra here ;p)! Really love watching your videos, love your character and how you don’t give sh*t about anything unimportant, it’s so entertaining 🏋🏽♀️ greetings from cologne, germany 👽
Love this idea, looking forward to seeing it come together!! ❤I think raising up the barbecue area onto a tiny plattform just to separate it from the walkway in front of it would look really awesome !!
Loved watching your process for mapping this build out, it makes me feel better about that weird stage at the start of a build where everything a looks a bit off 😂 it’s already looking so good!
When I renovated this lot in my game I turned it into a memorial park. Personally, I felt a regular park was a bit redundant for my gameplay. I didn't do that well though because I was intimidated by the size. So I just fixed up what was already there. This video makes me want to try it again though😍
idk if it's been mentioned but those slopey ceilings are usually walls made of rammed earth and serve as a temp regulator for buildings, often times to absorb heat and prevent soaring temps inside. if you look up the concept "earthship" you'll see heaps of ways it's done. It's really fkn cool. ETA: there's also times where there's pipes built into the mounds and u can open and close them to create like aircon in ur house and ventilation using nature, no electricity needed
appreciate you making the accessibility ramps actually accessible haha. I remember my dad (wheelchair user) trying to come to my parent's evenings at school and the ramp to reception was almost vertical (also the disabled parking space was directly at the bottom of it so when he went down he had to avoid crashing into the car. all round a wonderful design)
Big projects like this excite me so much... Your creations for parks are always bold and daring. So unique! It's fantastic how you always make it work.
I can’t wait to see hey Arnold!!!! I loved that show so much and his bedroom was amazing! I can’t wait to see more of this park! You are brilliant! I aspire to be able to build like you!
I almost never visit San myshuno park so I’m very excited to see what you create. Doubtless it’ll be incorporated into my sim world as do almost all your builds.
Also super excited for the hey Arnold build. He’s my comfort show I go to when I’m feeling down so seeing his room come to life will definitely comfort the 34 year old kid in me lol
That first inspo pic is the initial plan for Rainbow Park in Vancouver, Canada! That's so funny I go to the cafe there all the time (the structure that you said looked like a covered barbecue area) - it's a beautiful downtown park and so is the one you made!
Wow, was really wondering what the heck you were going to do with that barbecue area, and then it really turned into something great. Truly a trust the process moment! I especially enjoy the trees growing through the roof structure, and the green roof. I looks so inviting! Also, wanted to second what @nicoladann8388 said below. The larger restroom should include the baby changing table. I love the idea of it being a restroom for those with disabilities, but if you could also place a changing table, it would be really helpful. I thought it was so fortunate that the room under the ramp happened to be right by the barbecue pavilion, a perfect location for restrooms. I can't wait to see how this park develops from here. Thanks for sharing your vision!
You wanted to know what we did this weekend? I watched your vlogs of St. Ives, Falmouth and Bath. Oh I'd love to go exploring with you! What blend of tea do you like? I hope you can do more vlogs. I really loved Bath as I've been there. Your builds are so wonderful. Your parks are so lush and beautiful. Really want to live in one of your builds. Are you sure you never studied architecture? You have so an eye for detail. ❤
hey arnold was one of my mom’s favorite show to watch with my sister and me 🤩 his attic type room was such a vibe!! and the weekend was good. i took my daughter to the beach for a bit and she had fun. we didnt take any beach things cause it was an impulse decision to go but next time we’ll make a whole picnic day, cant wait ❤❤
I really love the design so far! I have a suggestion for some additional details for when you furnish the disabled bathroom. You could put the on the wall changing table from Growing Together for some added realism. ❤
Aden, loving the idea on the park I know you will make it amazing I'm excited to see how this turns out. Can't wait to see what kind of Scottish build you're doing. Hey Arnold was my favorite to watch. Love hearing about your weekend in Cornwall with Tom & Daisy.
You could maybe do a tiny regency/classical style building in the middle that matches the surrounding fences. Maybe it was San Myshuno's first post office or town hall. Then that building can be the museum bit with the modern stuff built around it

you're the real og hahaha
I forgot all about that build! Thank you for reminding me lol

Thank you, Devon for thinking of the disabled people. You do such a great job building, I know that whatever you do it will be great!!
I cannot properly express how excited I am for the hey Arnold room. I could cry ❤️
i spent the last week and a half watching the entire san myshuno playlist and i’m FINALLY caught up 😭 but it’s been so much fun to watch the world take shape!! so excited to see how this lot turns out!!
Thank you for watching 🥰

Look okay I've never been more excited for a build until I heard Hey! Arnold. On another note, love the start of this park!
Thank you bebe!
I'm loving that you bring nature inside the building. It looks fresh and relaxing to me.
The baby changing station wall thingy lol would be great in the larger toilet space. Loving how this is looking so far x

Your community lots are always amazing! Your inspiration for this is so beautiful. I’m looking forward to this! ❤

Hey Arnold is one of my all-time favorite animated series…I’m so excited to see you bring Arnold’s room to life 🩵

Ooo this is beautiful already!
For gameplay though, please add a bin near the barbecue space 😅

I am so glad you are back on The Gallery! And I adore Hey Arnold.
Big projects like this excite me so much... Your creations for parks are always bold and daring. So unique! It's fantastic how you always make it work.
I laughed so hard at this moment with reversed benches and when painting the ceiling moved you 😭 I love your sense of humor Devon!
so so hype to see hey Arnold’s bed room, i grew up with that show but i swear no one around me even knows about it. i cant wait!
I’m so excited for this park but even MORE excited for Hey Arnold’s apartment!!
Ooooh I was waiting for this lot!! 🎉 super-excited! 😊
I can’t wait to see hey Arnold!!!! I loved that show so much and his bedroom was amazing! I can’t wait to see more of this park! You are brilliant! I aspire to be able to build like you!
I love this build soooo much. It’s so well thought out. The upper walkway reminds me so much of the pedestrian bridge in providence, ri
Ofc I trust your vision! The reference pictures are STUNNING, can't wait to see you progress with this lot and give it your own twist 💙
Oh my lord, hey Arnold was my favourite cartoon and his bedroom was a dream! So excited for that!
I almost never visit San myshuno park so I’m very excited to see what you create. Doubtless it’ll be incorporated into my sim world as do almost all your builds.

this reminds me of the high line in NYC, looks amazing as usual!!!!
I'm here to watch how he say "the wooowrlds" with echoes and I'm living hhahahaa

“Move it football head” 👍🏻👍🏻
In Helga Pataki's words, hey football head! Yes i remember hey arnold 😊
i didn’t think i could love you more then you went and referenced trixie and katya 🫶🏻
I've just started watching you building the park and I can already see it will be stunning
I imagine this lot 64x64 in st Mychuno would be perfect for a presidential house or for a royal palace , nice park btww❤️❤️
Thanks for something relaxing and fun after work. The walkways are interesting. It looks like to be a real cool nature park in a urban center.
Aden, loving the idea on the park I know you will make it amazing I'm excited to see how this turns out. Can't wait to see what kind of Scottish build you're doing. Hey Arnold was my favorite to watch. Love hearing about your weekend in Cornwall with Tom & Daisy.
AHHHH I LOVE HEY ARNOLD I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE BUILDING THE BEDROOM. NGL I'm so excited!
Omggggg the Hey Arnold bedroom!! I'm too excited! That was my show!
I can’t wait to see this progress. I just know this park will be epic already waiting to download it
Can’t wait to see all the content you’ve prepared for the week! I’m excited for how the park unfolds!!
Omg can not wait for the Hey Arnold build!

Not really looking to do anything classic with this build, I don't think it'll work with my ideas
Oh the photo referenced you showed kinda looks like parks in Singapore especially the architecture. You may want to check that out for reference! :)
The reference pictures made me think of the Rolex learning centre in Lausanne, switzerland
This is gonna look so cool when it’s finished!!!
I'm excited for this lot. I love the modern approach.
Love this so far! You are quite literaly building a miniatyr of the National Museum in Oslo😍
NAAAHHHHH SO EXCITED FOR HEY ARNOLD'S BEDROOM
Something horrible happened yesterday, so I'm really grateful for this video. Thank you!
Hope everything is better now :(
@@DevonBumpkin not really, a dog friend passed away due to cancer 😭... #fuckcancer
maybe you can make the ramp out of terrain? then sims could also be able to walk up it!
It wouldn't work with this build
Love a new let's build 😊
This is exciting! Thank you!! :D
I'm so excited for this build 🍿😊
my cat and i watched before bed, she loved it.
I moved to Scotland this weekend, no biggie!
Very brave concept! Show us how it's done
Idea for a lot: make an old petrol station into a shop or flat?
ai ja to ansiosa pra próxima parte ❤
This gives me mass effect vibes 🤏
One of my FAVE game series
Since San Myshuno is on an homage of NYC - maybe add something to do with Stonewall Inn National Monument
In the southern USA, we tend to drop our "g" at the end of a word, so "usin" sounded normal to me. LOL
I saw such a reference in Korea and in Spain, Bilbao
Thank you for making me laugh 😂
as an architect student, i don't know how they do it either, college is stressful enough
It's a real pity that you can't use butterfly and bee spawners like you could in Sims 3. I would love to put butterfly gardens into parks.
Is it possible to use terrain manipulation for the ramps so they are functional instead of using roofs?
Not with the design I have in mind
I’d love to know the name of the cottage! That sounds like a perfect getaway for me and my partner. Very excited for this build! ☺️ x
It was called The Gardeners cottage in Crowan, Cornwall. It's on Airbnb :)
I used to watch hey Arnold hey move it football head😂
Are we going to try and make hey Arnold as a Sim? That would be interesting.
❤❤❤
me and my bf ended up with covid over the weekend lmao, finally watched the avatar movie though
it was meant to be the start of a holiday for us ... but my dad passed away on the 1st Sat.... so its been kinda busy
I'm so sorry for your loss my dear :(
Just to let you know I'm southern American and we use the word usin lol
What your twitch name
Oh my gosh you are sooooo talented. You are the best sims builder on yt. 🩵
Thank you friend :)
