AreYouANormie? It’s a joke, the humor comes from the irony that a company as big as blizzard has less attention to detail than most indie developers. Then again, you wouldn’t know from how poorly and underpaid their programmers and employees are.

Finally you can defeat Kel'Thuzad with Kel'Thuzad resummmoning Kel'Thuzad who you then use to get Mr. Bigglesworth using Mr. Bigglesworth. The only true way.
That's a lot of effort to pull this off, but I fear it's not worth doing it because Blizzard is LAZY to update the Naxxramas mission with the new voice lines and such. #LazyBlizzard
Animal Companion already summons Mr. Bigglesworth in that fight (with the same card art as here) so it probably just uses the same dialogue.

I remember when I we first entered Naxxramas with my guild in 2006, I didn't notice him lurking by the entrance.
I accidentally hit the button for Arcane Explosion and then I noticed I had killed "Mr. Bigglesworth".
To which Kel Thuzad reacted in a similar way, threatening us of doom.
We though we had triggered a secret hard mode. And given how we got our asses handed to us, that thought persisted for quite some time.
I wish when mr biggleworth dies kel’thuzad turns into his lich version from naxuramus

Actually it was discovered by accident by someone on reddit.
It's still not certain what the exact condition is. Having a board full of beasts is 100% overkill though.

For a card to have an insta death effect, it would need to be on the card text somehow for it to be even remotely balanced

It's kinda disappointing he doesn't have an effect since this isn't exactly an easy thing to pull off
1. Mr. Bigglesworth is already an established card from way back in Naxxramus, changing him now would be really weird.
2. You don't _want_ a tiny easter egg like this to have a significant gameplay impact. That'd go against the point.
