This is my Felt 1903 bicycle equipped with a 212 cc Predator 4 stroke engine. This engine has been modified to an extreme extent and is producing around 20 hp!Special thank you to James Salsero @ GhettoBikes.com for this 100% fabricated piece of EXCELLENCE.
I think I just wet my pants, this thing is the most extreme 212 bike I seen.
Most legit 212 build I've seen.

Good luck finding a torque converter that would work with a 3/4" shafts and work with 20hp
Wilsonsgottalent any chance you could message what all I could do to build my 212 similar to yours? I got 3 acres me and my buddies are building bikes for some fun backyard racing and we can't go over 250cc. Awesome build!
@@brokenratshet9805 They've got the juggernaut driver for the 30 series now. Made specifically for builds like this. GoPowerSports sells them I think.

I have been watching many bike builds lately and yours is the most awe inspiring and interesting adult built motorbike yet IMO that I have viewed. I don't know your age but it is a safe bet that your out of school and your parents house. I like the way it pushes the envelope of speed and control excitingly so! Be safe remember speed kills as do every left turn any makes though rides path. Do you know the weight of the bike yet? for a power to weight ratio. What would you consider the weakest link, that is which component do you think may break from all that torque?.....well done!
Patio Furniture thank you very much. So far the weakest link has been the bicycle frame. After a year it broke, which was still a great run for so much power. I recently re-applied everything onto a new frame.
Awsome. Build. Quick question when installing the piston. Did u have to do any modifications to it ? I see that on the omb Website it say you have to cut the piston what does it mean buy that? Cut valve pockets?

sevonrock nah man, just port the hell outta it. just set it up like a 80cc 2 stroke dirt bike, give it an expansion chamber and you got yourself a hellish powerband. I gave a 48cc motorized bike a powerband at 11k and it was so smooth and solid. I rode it wot for 2000 miles then changed the rings and still no engine failire.

do you put in the crankcase when the engine is clocked straight up like that ?

This video has been a liberation for me, I originally believed which these engines couldn't run in any other position, but apparently I just had to open my mind a bit more; I'm looking forward for the right amount of oil as well, I got great plans regarding a 79cc

The biggest problem that I have had is finding a frame for the 212 Cc preadater motor I have a 29 inch frame but it wont fit unless I was to cut the bar on the frame under the seat and push it back so I have decided to go to the 79cc monster motor that looks a lot more square so that it would be able to fit

Hey I got a question that perhaps you can answer. I recently acquired an old Jacobson edger with a Briggs and Stratton engine on it. I have built 2 stroke China doll bikes in the past but never a 4 stroke. I see everyone running a jackshaft on theirs and I was wondering why I couldn't run a centrifugal clutch like you have but run it straight to the rear sprocket?
Does the oiler still work properly at that angle?

I know this is 5 years old, but maybe you still monitor it. What frame did you use and did you have any issues with the welds with that much vibration and torque from the modified predator 212 over time? I had a stage 4 kit 212 non hemi predator sitting in a single seat rail buggy and I have seen first hand how much stress they put on the frame.
Looks like a Felt Faber frame you can get from ebay or Amazon. The wheels are probably custom Made

You should the 3d motorsport manual clutch so you can Kickstart, free rev, do burnouts and launch the bike. It's $160

If you want legal then go by a motorcycle 🏍. I own one of those also which I ride everyday, unless I’m working on it.

What kind of cam
How do people run predator engines on their side like this? Just use the same dipper on the connecting rod and correct the oil capacity?
is it ok to tilt the engine forward like that to mount it? does the cam and bottom end still get sufficient oil?
there's a wing on the rod cap that scoops oil so yes it's fine
redkachowski with the engine in this position you would simply just add a little bit more oil also.
sound nasty and 2500 ain't bad considering I was gonna spend close to five grand in parts just to have a 12kw electric bike I would have to charge every ten miles

Yeah but can you lift it up and put it on a bike rack? I kinda think an am6 might beat it even if that thing makes just a couple more horsepower. You would have to supercharge it with a smog pump from a Volkswagen but then you would gain even more weight

I had James from ghetto build me a bike similar with a Phantom bicycle frame Mikuni carburetor predator 212 Hemi engine same set up more less it's my daily driver to work
I love this but i gotta ask, is there a reason you didnt just find a cr 250 motor, you can get that thing over 30 hp and you got the revs
Because a 212cc engine costs $120 and a cr 250 cost $1000.
PiggyPin My 212cc which has a stroked crankshaft and now is at 238cc is already reaching 10,000 rpms and I’m making plenty of horsepower. 20 h.p is already to much for a bicycle frame. I’ve already broken the frame used in this video and have had to re-apply everything onto a new one.

Zaccheus Akar there’s nothing weak about this clutch. It is for high performance. It’s called the “Premiere”. Perhaps you should do some research.

The secret is in how the head is ported and that’s where I know I am supreme. My rear sprockets Varys depending on what type of racing I’m doing. I also change my jackshaft sprocket as well. I’m not gonna reveal the amount of teeth that are on my sprockets. That and how my head is ported are mines and my teams secret recipe to success. All other parts for the 212cc predators can be matched other then that. It depends on wether it’s a drag race or a circuit racing. I’ve already clocked this bike at 70 mph in an 8th of a mile. You can check that video out on my page also. So just imagine what she’ll run in a quarter of a mile. That video is coming soon. If you think that you can beat me then put your money where your mouth is, l.o.l or should I say your fingertips. $100 on a quarter mile run to see if you can beat me. If your that confident in your 212cc 30 series torque converter then prove it.

I have my bike on line save for 3 things I need to finish my build and I will be ready to ride one is to cut that little bar for the governor and that will deal with it and I need the right side centerfugel clutch of the right size for the 79cc monster motor then I need to get the hub adapter for the
1.5 hub so I can put my 50 tooth sprocket on then put the chain on oil in gas and go

savinitout14 I’ve clocked the bike on an 8th of a mile street and it went 70mph. The video that proofs this is located on my profile. The next test pass video will be done on a quarter mile street and the bike should go 80 mph. Possibly a little faster.

shifterkart1 at 3500rpm it produces 6.5hp at 6000rpm probably 11.5hp at 9000rpm it would be about 19.3 hp im just estimateing

the 212cc predators are listed as 6.5...roughly 1/3rd of your claimed hp
OFFICIAL NSA clearly your blind or just have no experience in what your seeing because there is absolutely NOTHING stock about this predator engine. So what was listed in its stock formality is irrelevant to me and this situation. The 212cc is now a 238cc due to the stroker crankshaft that’s been added. The engine is fully built from the top to the bottom. So what I’m “claiming” is a reality wise guy. L.O.L
