I don’t think you understand how much you positively affect all of your watchers and subscribers. I suffer from Panic attacks and the only thing that has ever been able to calm me and help me not to have one is your voice. Your voice makes me feel safe and guarded. It makes me forget about my thoughts, and your positive reassurance that everything will be alright is just the cherry on top to calming me. Idk how to thank you but I hope you have many blessings in your life and that you have the peace that you offer all of us. Once again, thank you 🙏. Even before a James Bond image that I chose to adopt more recently in trial, I recalled during this meditation certain true to life situations where I really felt strong and confident. It's interesting that you mention look at the reaction of people exposed to your strong and confident version of yourself and I found in various ways it was very beneficial to the outcome when I felt strong and confident for myself. Hey, I need to remember more situations like that where I feel I am strong and confident!

For some reason trying to imagine the situations that make my anxious, don't make me anxious, but as soon as I leave the house it is very real.
