Just an advice here. On 15:15 if somebody chases you like that, you flash a wall and they can only catch up by flashing the wall too, you can just wait behind the wall in that spot, take their flash and flash behind the wall again.

Hey... I don't understand how Yone teleport released a fragment for W Zoe. I always believed the tp is the only summoner spell that doesn't release it
It does; it's just uncommon to find one because most people aren't gonna channel tp in front of Zoe. It also doesn't drop from balloons, so most people won't ever see it
I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure it drops a fragment if another player uses it, it just won't drop from balloons anymore
The fact that every zoe match he queues is guarantee yone mid in the enemy team
I'm pretty sure it's the same Yone he goes against aswell
