Master Yi and Senna were pinging out Swain flash in the beginning, something happened in the jungle that you missed it seems. That's why he didn't end up flashing.
I'm not sure why it's not main channel worthy. You did your job really really well, explained your decision making, and the only "mistake" was to not help end the game in the end. Really good game imo. Is it because of Swain not flashing? The passive laning phase? I personally didn't think that was boring.
The forbidden technology with Leona is going Ingenious Hunter. It lowers the cooldown of all the items that boost your damage and defense (Divine Sunderer, The tank tear item, Botrk 3 hits proc, gargoyle stoneplate). Lethal tempo is fine, you can also take PTA vs more squishy comps.
If you ever do another off meta Leona build i can highly recommend Everfrost + Ability Haste (whatever AH items you want). With sufficient AH you can do long CC strings like E-Q-Everfrost-E-Q-R-E-Q or something like that. It might not be 100% air tight but it's really damn close and very fun.

Get yourself a hypercarry jungler as a duo and just have them either camp you if you can't push out or push out and roam to a sidelane and set up a gank if you can push out, either way you're funnelling the hypercarry. Like I don't think there's many junglers that are better to pair up with Leona mid than Yi for example.
I feel like Nashors second would be better since it helps with wave clear, but still provides on hit and attack speed. The pickaxe and vamp scepter are pretty neglible since it doesn't really scale with your champ, and the components of Nashors will, especially the cdr. Plus, the mythic passive also helps with all the tiny incremental damage that Leona has plus the Nashors.
Leona has really poor AP ratios, making AP a really inefficient stat by itself without extra dipping. If you want to Pay for AP, you'd probably want to go another mythic (Evenshroud for early tank, Liandry's for troll all-in against low damage team?) and Lich Bane instead to increase your ratios for AP. But while AP Leona is really fun and one of my favourite builds to see anywhere, it has been so weak for such a long time (since item rework, really) that I didn't even recommend that build for this BTM challenge.

Give attack speed AP Xin a try. You can always join team fights later if needed, but the real strength is you can walk up to their towers and take them without minions. If your team isn't doing well or Xin isn't good in team fights against the enemy champs, it's an easy way to make yourself relevant and secure wins. Highly recommend Lich Bane.
Pekin, I commented on the Ivern Mid video as well about Leona. Do you think AP Leona would be stronger than bruiser? A full spell rotation is 190% AP damage. Her kit synergizes well with Lich Bane (weaving autos with Q auto resets) and either Everfrost or Rod of Ages are good mythic options (as others have mentioned below). You also still get lots of CDR from the AP build.

Could even go like bami cinder into tear, then divine. But that kinda delays item by atleast 1400 gold not even including possible boots purchase. Idk, I really love Leona’s kit and playstyle but it kinda sucks she meant only as a support and has mostly AP scaling. Would love to find a viable way to make her solo lane.
nope. presence of mind is more than sufficient for mana on leona. also, 2nd item needs to be damage or you do no damage to even the squishy champs since she has no ad ratios. another viable build is assassin leona with divine sunderer or goredrinker at least from the matches i have played her mid.

I think you could make this Leona much more effective by going Jak'Sho and Demonic Embrace. Gives you some tanky stats, makes you sticky, and gives her some AP to scale with her abilities. Don't really know what else would work with it, but it sounds fun to me

Some life advice for league: don't expect your team to do jack shit, like at all, if you saw your teammate engaging or follow-up, then you could expect a follow-up from them, but if you're not sure whether your team will be passive af or will follow up on your engage, it's just better not try anything. Leona Q is somewhat of a double auto reset as the auto after the shield bash comes out almost as fast as the auto reset.
