You people are soooo lost from what your lower enlisted Soldiers need. Yes, it sounds Amazing during a ceremony, but by the time it gets to your actual soldiers on the ground it’s too late. Stop being amazing Social Media heroes, and having Homeless Soldiers in your Ranks. This sounds amazing but actually follow through. I was one of those Soldiers being homeless but it didn’t matter as long as I was there for formation. I am glad I was medically retired before my 1sg from 1/185th tried to force me to ETS.
