There should be SHORT and LONG term objectives. The same with the budgets. What can be better, done better and produced better? The end of the meeting could go over some of the "nitty gritty" details (switching, audio settings, etc. i.e. Training.) The offsite fellowship is great also - it builds the team! I learned an awful lot when we took the equipment out of the church into the community centers, library and other locations - and then reconnected afterwards in prep for Sunday. We did that for six months, WEEKLY during facility rehab. Great Topic AJay!
