Thank you for the mini- walk through! I liked your thumb palette. Did you want a signature 'frog'? Either 'Spell Storing Ring / Find Familiar.'.. or a regular 'Animal Friendship' style friend. Or a fey frog (gossamer wings?). Undead frog (idea stolen from Strahd's)? A befriended / summoned 'Giant frog' is possible... but less cute. Half-dragon - Red for... a fire-frog? A 'black' dragon-frog would have a skull-like face - thematic match for life-death paradigm? Or perhaps i could let go of the frog... just let it go! Excellent video, i will use this as reference for my minipaint, thank you.
@@SebMakesStuff Three levels of 'chain-lock': summon a 'fey &/or celestial' quasit for that 'toad' form? Weirdness aside... this is R.A.W. and matches your life-death pact-theme well. ('Consult your DM / your mileage may vary')

Very nice. I love the dichotomy of death and rebirth. The figure looks good, at least at tabletop length. It likely only looks odd to you, at the distance you see it from whilst painting
Haha yer i tend to over judge my own work. Especially when holding it up 3 inches from your face for hours of painting haha. Cant wait to get him on a table and play around with his philosophical life/death concepts. Think im gonna have to read up of some philosophy of death. Ive got some very stoic ideas for him in mind
