- We spatchcocked an 11 pound turkey and injected with Tony Catchere's cajun butter seasoning. It was WONDERFUL.
We cooked it on the Yoder pellet grill.
This was simple and so easy.
It was a terrific success. It was juicy, flavorful, and the skin was PERFECT.
Great job Jeff. The Turkey 🦃 looks juicy and crispy and delicious. Took a long time to make but worth it. Really like what you are doing with your smokehouse. Have a wonderful weekend my friend and take care. Keep out of the rain.
