I love her so much. Her personality and charm and lyrical intelligence and creativity are wonderful. I saw lots of critics too not understanding the album by calling it boring and a flop but why do they want another Melodrama or another Pure Heroine? Solar Power is completely brilliant and it sounds just like something Lorde would release and I can’t stop listening to it. It’s different from her past records while still retaining her unique writing and production and a breath of fresh air. She mentioned the Man with the Axe is quite literally a poem taken directly from her diary with only about a single line changed. Every part of this album is exactly who she is. I’ll support her forever ❤️
Wow, I didn't know she sounds exactly like the studio version when singing live! What a talent, I love this song so much and knowing the story behind it now makes it even better!
2:23 this part reminds me of the New Zealand commercial, the guy who was talkin about decks.😅
I love you Lorde. You're a writer and a queen. This album is the definition of GROWTH.

YES LILY ALLEN THE FEAR HAS BEEN ONE OF MY FAV SONGS FOR THE LONGEST TIME. I love lorde’s references.
I take so much inspiration from her 😭😭💜
I love her so much. She has grown a lot and I’m so happy for her and she is so smart and I love how she transitions into this stage of beauty, relaxation and spiritually developing.
Lorde is such a crazy lyrical genius haha she finds a way to make a song more than the sum of it parts if that makes sense she just has an amazing with making a song like and iceberg, like at the top you have the lyrics and some people are like “oh I like that, this is catchy” but you really have look at the bottom to really get what she’s trying to say and what she means she’s really good at contradicting her lyrics in other songs she is a paradox sometimes :)
The roots as a reference to the hair never thought about it. I want her to talk about each track 😭
Lorde is soooo beautiful tx so much for having her here ❤❤❤
Its fun to see her dissecting her music hope to see more of her 😍

Gosh I love this woman I feel like I’ve grown up with her since I’m only a year older than her and her music has really defined my late teen/young adult years
YES Queen Lorde pointing out the negative effects that tourism can have on a community and a culture
@TEK i live in a tropical country thats popular for its beach resorts and what not. The tourists would always litter and throw their trash on the sand or on the shore. Most souvenirs are made by child laborers or tour guides are often minors pushed to work to survive. Some tourists also go here for prostitution, minors sadly get involved or trafficked for that purpose. I mean, the govt is at fault for failing to regulate these things, but tourists do take advantage of the low rates and the poverty here.
her voice is so beautiful
