Sadly pay with their credits, you would think it would be included for paid users, but if you import your video into tiktok its the same thing but for free with wayy more style options for dynamic subtitles

Update Filmora to 13.4

Dynamic subtitiles you have to pya dditional with credits but they do not work all the letters are in lower case and require manual editing which is impossible and if tis a paid for featire its should word correctly. I have wasted so many credits to re do subtitlles becsue the suppor tstaff will give you instrcution for normal subtiles they do not seem to know hat Dynamic subtiles . It is impossible to change the letetrs to all caps when using dynamic subtitle and if you use Word or anything else to change the Caps then you loos the preset synamic subtiles effect
