This is great. What I really like about it is seeing the other clever tools you have made like the sanding block. It’s just so efficient. Where do you get that sort of saw blade from? Do you have a drawing of the dimensions?
Yes of course! As long as you can keep everything stable. In my case, it was the wood scraps that determined the dimensions of my saw! I'm currently building another saw, a smaller one, where the middle section will be relatively higher. There will be a video about it.
There are approximately 7 teeth per centimeter. The brand of the saw blade is Krone, available in Austria and Germany. The saw blade is nothing special, there are certainly better ones.
Beautifully made. Thank you for showing me how to make one!

Nice made saw i like it.

Very nice saw!
Nice work!

Thank you for your comment! The saw blade is approx. 50 cm long and from a DIY store (Austria). It is nothing special.
Iam wondering can saw be made taller? So middle bracket go up more?

Oh ok thanks for answer, i asked this because i want to have more free room for cuting wood even when i twist handles.

What size did the old masters use? The Howarth saw is about 10" of height. I'd bet saws you find un museums would show the most practical.
Rad. But I think for a blade so wide the arms need to be wider so you can get more tension. Idk. Works as it is.
Where did you buy the saw blade? How many teeth per centimeter or inch?
There are approximately 7 teeth per centimeter. The brand of the saw blade is Krone, available in Austria and Germany. The saw blade is nothing special, there are certainly better ones.
