I really do love a wide range of scent profiles and intensity levels because I really move with the mood of a fragrance.... So I appreciate a clean skin scent fragrance as much as I do an intense and bold statement making one... It just depends on my mood and feel for the day and/or occasion! When it comes to Oud I love it with all of it's levels of intensity as long as it is done right! Truly no preference on smooth versus bold! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

I fell in love with it when i sniffed it at belk lol i’ve had countless people chased me what was it i was wearing and several ladies and even men asked me to write down the name no kidding 😂 but since my curated collection has been slowly growing i seldom reach for it. The Harmony Collection sounds similar to The Harmonist Collection that is inspired by Yin-Yang, personal elements. I dont have any of them but they sure sound amazing. I’m a new to your channel as well as Middle Eastern fragrances! I TRULY appreciate your 👃🏾 nose 😆as well as you honest opinion! Over the pass few years, I’ve been wanting to try more sophisticated perfumes. However, with that sophisticated smell comes outrageous prices. I’m still trying to figure out my “scent bent” if you will. One fragrance that I have tried is Angel by Mugler and I love it. I hated it at first spray, but then the dry down got me! I’ve been trying to find a Middle Eastern dupe to no avail. I’m excited to experiment with Middle Eastern fragrances, find my “scent bent” and to do so without breaking the bank! This was a fun video! POL is one of the few rose forward fragrances I own. I'm not a huge rose fan so when I find one I like I usually grab it. The other fave is Tauer PHI Une Rose de Khandahar.

Arahi, can you please check out Ahmed al Maghribi fragrances? They have very high oil quantities and are very good quality. I don't really hear people talking about them but they deserve some attention. My top recommendation would be Rose Noir. Just a note, if you end up picking anything be careful with the ones that contain oud as it's usually the heavy, barnyard oud, unless you have no issue with that (except for Oud Couture which doesn't really smell like oud at all, it's a form of BR540).

I really really really dislike lavender ; it usually gives me a headache. But Goddess is really beautiful. Got it, thank you and I will definitely watch it, I received Flor Oud and Forbidden Sugar about an hour ago, not much chance yet to test but excited to do so. I will say the Forbidden Sugar leaked even though it was in a sealed box wrapped in clear plastic. Not a huge problem except my emblem with the name fell off, I will glue it back on. I don't have any of the ones you reviewed today, but I do have Niche Royal Vert by Maison Alhambra and it is very high quality. I also recently purchased both Anarch and North Stag Expressions IV based on your recommendation, and I am so happy with both! I did take a chance on purchasing a new Middle Eastern fragrance that I hadn't heard anything about - Zimaya Yaa Umree - since the notes sounded great, and I really enjoy it. It is so inexpensive, and I think it will be a great one for spring and summer!@@ArahiWorld

I have a question, since some of these need macerating is there such a thing as macerating into rancid? 🤢😂😂 what if they go bad after a certain point? Have you ever gone back after one year of maceration to see if they changed. Wondering what happens with the backup bottle after 2 years. How about reviewing some older ones to see if they changed again?
Hello! So that is an awesome question! I can tell you I have fragrances that have been with me for over a decade and are doing just fine.... the key is to keep your fragrances under a climate controlled environment and with no exposure to direct sunlight and/or drastic temperature variations! If you just have a couple of fragrances this is not an issue but when you are a collector.... this is critical! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
@@ArahiWorld agreed I have Arabian wood from Tom Ford in the large decant. It’s discontinued but I’m so happy I got it. It’s been 13 years & the fragrance is perfectly fine. It’s in a dark cool room. As long as I keep all these the same it should work too. Thanks so much.

I’ve also gifted it and 😂 boye were there interested in many more 😊 btw looking forward to your follow up on the khadlaj creations I got one more because of you 😅 I own attitude miss armaf it’s much close to good girl it’s good compared to Rawaa from Al haramain I’m thinking that’s closer to black opium mixed with good girl.. When you test a fragrance and smell it on a test paper, it can have one semi consistent variable. But then when we smell fragrances on another person, there are endless variables from chemistry, skin products, as well as a person's clothes and all those components. Scent(s) are interesting that way in that there's all those things our sense of smell interprets individually. And so much of our past influences that too. Boggles my mind.

I think you don't like Mazyoon because of the mastika note. As soon as I heard you said it has mastika in it, I thought you were not gonna like this sent! :D It is a resin gathered from a pine tree in the Mediteranien and Greeks make spirit liquor from it. It has a very specific sent and taste and it is very overpowering to people who are not used to this type of smell... maybe if the perfume sets for a while it will get better, but I'm guessing that this one it not going to be a crowd pleaser :)

Awesome! I come from that part of the world and I am very familiar with the scent. I can deal with it sometimes, other times it's just too strong for me. So give this scent a chance, let it sit for a while, but if you do get used to it, I think it's still going to be one of those perfumes you just need to be in a mood for :) @@ArahiWorld

I also own By Saffron, and I love it! I don’t know why, but I got a cucumbery note in the beginning, but I think it just needs to macerate I little bit. But I love its dry-down and much better performance than Byredo nonetheless (unbelievably enough).

Oh no i’m sad you didn’t like Mon Paris. Mon Paris has been my long time signature scent. I think for about 7years now. I fell in love with it when i sniffed it at belk lol i’ve had countless people chased me what was it i was wearing and several ladies and even men asked me to write down the name no kidding 😂 but since my curated collection has been slowly growing i seldom reach for it. The Harmony Collection sounds similar to The Harmonist Collection that is inspired by Yin-Yang, personal elements. I dont have any of them but they sure sound amazing.

I’m a new to your channel as well as Middle Eastern fragrances! I TRULY appreciate your 👃🏾 nose 😆as well as you honest opinion! Over the pass few years, I’ve been wanting to try more sophisticated perfumes. However, with that sophisticated smell comes outrageous prices. I’m still trying to figure out my “scent bent” if you will. One fragrance that I have tried is Angel by Mugler and I love it. I hated it at first spray, but then the dry down got me! I’ve been trying to find a Middle Eastern dupe to no avail. I’m excited to experiment with Middle Eastern fragrances, find my “scent bent” and to do so without breaking the bank! Thank you again for sharing!

This was a fun video! POL is one of the few rose forward fragrances I own. I'm not a huge rose fan so when I find one I like I usually grab it. The other fave is Tauer PHI Une Rose de Khandahar.

Arahi, can you please check out Ahmed al Maghribi fragrances? They have very high oil quantities and are very good quality. I don't really hear people talking about them but they deserve some attention. My top recommendation would be Rose Noir. Just a note, if you end up picking anything be careful with the ones that contain oud as it's usually the heavy, barnyard oud, unless you have no issue with that (except for Oud Couture which doesn't really smell like oud at all, it's a form of BR540).

I bought Safran Noir by Milestone for my Black Saffron dupe. It's on its way to me now. Another Mercari find. I also have the same Rouge Malachite dupe on its way to me right now too so I cannot wait to get my nose on that. I've heard great things about the Miss Armaf line. It's too bad they're all $50. The only one I think you realy need to think through is Ramz and I say this only because it seems to me you gravitate toward more of s Silky Rose scent profile. That being said Ram is truly a winner. Got it, thank you and I will definitely watch it, I received Flor Oud and Forbidden Sugar about an hour ago, not much chance yet to test but excited to do so. I will say the Forbidden Sugar leaked even though it was in a sealed box wrapped in clear plastic. Not a huge problem except my emblem with the name fell off, I will glue it back on. I don't have any of the ones you reviewed today, but I do have Niche Royal Vert by Maison Alhambra and it is very high quality. I also recently purchased both Anarch and North Stag Expressions IV based on your recommendation, and I am so happy with both! I did take a chance on purchasing a new Middle Eastern fragrance that I hadn't heard anything about - Zimaya Yaa Umree - since the notes sounded great, and I really enjoy it. It is so inexpensive, and I think it will be a great one for spring and summer!@@ArahiWorld

Have you ever gone back after one year of maceration to see if they changed. Wondering what happens with the backup bottle after 2 years. Hello! So that is an awesome question! I can tell you I have fragrances that have been with me for over a decade and are doing just fine.... the key is to keep your fragrances under a climate controlled environment and with no exposure to direct sunlight and/or drastic temperature variations! If you just have a couple of fragrances this is not an issue but when you are a collector.... this is critical! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
@@ArahiWorld agreed I have Arabian wood from Tom Ford in the large decant. It’s discontinued but I’m so happy I got it. It’s been 13 years & the fragrance is perfectly fine. It’s in a dark cool room. As long as I keep all these the same it should work too. Thanks so much.

Greetings arahi.. I own both mohra and I’m not big on leather.. it’s blended to perfection I’ve had a sample of the halfeti and it’s very close they both close dupes.. I’ve also gifted it and 😂 boye were there interested in many more 😊 btw looking forward to your follow up on the khadlaj creations I got one more because of you 😅 I own attitude miss armaf it’s much close to good girl it’s good compared to Rawaa from Al haramain I’m thinking that’s closer to black opium mixed with good girl.. When you test a fragrance and smell it on a test paper, it can have one semi consistent variable. But then when we smell fragrances on another person, there are endless variables from chemistry, skin products, as well as a person's clothes and all those components. Scent(s) are interesting that way in that there's all those things our sense of smell interprets individually. And so much of our past influences that too. Boggles my mind.

I think you don't like Mazyoon because of the mastika note. As soon as I heard you said it has mastika in it, I thought you were not gonna like this sent! :D It is a resin gathered from a pine tree in the Mediteranien and Greeks make spirit liquor from it. It has a very specific sent and taste and it is very overpowering to people who are not used to this type of smell... maybe if the perfume sets for a while it will get better, but I'm guessing that this one it not going to be a crowd pleaser :)

Awesome! I come from that part of the world and I am very familiar with the scent. I can deal with it sometimes, other times it's just too strong for me. So give this scent a chance, let it sit for a while, but if you do get used to it, I think it's still going to be one of those perfumes you just need to be in a mood for :)
