Thanks for your video. I watched yours and 2 others, and installed mine today in about 20 min. Most difficult thing was getting the wires unplugged and replugged. btw, my car is dirtier than yours--Ha!
@@MCPHILL Thanks a million, I just got a used 2021 Rav 4 and was upset to see it didn't have a basic remote start from the key fob (whereas the old car that I would use which is a Sentra 2012 had it...Toyota is crazy at times)
Annoying af. These are the worst vehicles on earth for Amazon or any other deliveries. You can't leave it running and locked and walk away, and every single time the vehicle gets turned off you have to wait Toyota and all the other stuff to boot up Android Auto to reconnect that Android Auto that needs a wire in a vehicle with a built-in wireless charger, ect. There's no setting to leave the USB on when the vehicle is off so you can't have USB power to charge something and the door locked if you are not physically in the vehicle. How much could it possibly have cost to just make these options depending on what the owner wants the RAV4 to do?
I saw the engine shut off when u open the windows, is there any option available it doesn’t turn off, So we haven’t to start again the engine before driving!
@@MCPHILL I followed the manual to program the module. Blue LED is flashing rapidly, turn off button then lock the car. Pressed 3 times but car still didn’t turn on.
I installed it 4 months ago, but my battery died. The remote starter seems to have lost it programing, do you know if you just need to redo the programming again ?

Would upgrading the head unit to audio plus do the same thing

Unfortunately, this system has to be turned on again before driving

Somebody needs to figure out which plug to leave disconnected so that it will stay on🎉

Nope, just plug it in and hit the push button start twice without your foot on the brake and it's activated
